Essential ingredient in my morning coffee
I’ve been using the MCT oil for the past 10 years or so. I take a tablespoon full of organic MCT oil, a bunch of spices and some organic soy milk in my coffee every morning. This product is perfect because it’s organic and contains C8 and C10 only. It keeps me satiated until early afternoon when I eat my first meal of the day. I’ve been eating only one meal per day, and this intermittent diet is working for me.I highly recommend this product, and I recommend you keep it refrigerated.

We love this product!
We're seed oil free and this is what we use for most of our cooking and salad oil needs. No flavor, so you can safely bake with it. We don't fry with it, we use tallow for that. We also use this coconut oil to make homemade mayo - no more seed oil mayo for us!

Great oil for mulitple uses.
Replaced most of the veg oil we use to fry food with this oil. Very faint coconut taste that is almost imperceptible. It works great in an airfryer or on a griddle but expensive to use for a deep fryer. Great packaging on two orders so far.

Energy for heart muscles is the rumor. Keto in a jug. But one might get a Sampler size first.
I can taste it, so no-way is it tasteless. They say some people can sense it. It depends on genetics. Does it go out on the breath? Best start with a small bottle as a Sampler. It's a developed taste, like goat or mutton That taste is bit cringe provoking for me. But one gets beyond the point of tolerating it. Because of the rank taste, I try to mask it with an iced coffee. This is a good time to take all of one's fat-soluble supplements too, i.e. K, D, A, E, benfotiamine. There's another issue to tolerate. It may have a laxative effect until one develops the ability to digest it Some say to get used to it slowly by using only a little at first. The jug size, or any other, is best kept in a very cold fridge with a plunger pump on top. It can go rancid from oxygen exposure and will need to be chucked, one way or another. Not buffered by antioxidants, but I think it should be.

Good Quality and 31 to 35% Cheaper than Most Others
I am now on my second gallons of this stuff. For several years, I was buying my MCT oil at either the grocery store or big-box store like Walmart. The going price is $13.74 for 16.9 oz. That's 1.056 pints. The gallon jugs (8 pints) from Nutiva is currently $71.46 for a one-time purchase or $67.89 if you sign up for automatic repetitive purchases. When you do the math, the Nutiva is 31.3% or $34.6% cheaper, respectively. The quality has been excellent. It's perfectly clear and has no discernible taste to me. I would say it is equal or better than the "Better Body Foods" brand I had been buying at Walmart. And because the Nutiva is in a black jug, it should store better, being safe from UV rays. If you use a lot of MCT oil like I do, buying the Nutiva gallon jug is definitely the way to go.
