Three is too many. Two just right, or one....
Based off the contents list, these are excellent. They also have the concentration I'm looking for for a single dose daily. As far as I can tell, they aren't causing fishy burps and they don't give me indigestion. Neither do they appear to be rancid to any observable extent. I've bought cheaper ones, but I didn't like them, so I went back to these. They aren't cheap, but it's worth comparing ingredients before deciding that.

Too large for swallowing
This is a supplement of vitamins. It was recommended by my cousin doctor. It's good but too large to swallow. I fear if it getting stuck in the food pipe while swallowing. This is the only draw back ...if they are smaller, it's easy to swallow. No matter your age, but it's a challenge.
