It‘s all in there ;-)
Well-written (ZA-style referring time the attitude, not the grammar) - it holds all the necessary information.Hopefully, the vegetarian book by this author will also be made available on kindle...

Great book
Absolutely love this book. As a born South African living in England for 15 years, this book is a must have to preserve and teach the South African braai traditions to our children and friends.

excellent book for those wanting to try genuine South African cooking styles
Having got a huge selection of cook books I was asked to do an outdoor themed BBQ and using just recipes from this book managed to create over 15 different dishes that were simple and best of all unlike most cook books this even tells you what tools and equipment you will need and what to ask for in specific cuts to get the best results

Excellent book, clear and simple.
Great book. Covers all the basics really well. I live in France (ex Cape Townian) and have just built a proper wood braai. No namby pamby gas or charcoal pour moi. Have just braaied a piri piri flatty. Delicious. The paperback was too expensive - but the kindle version works well on my tablet.
