From my research I was deciding between a Vitamix and Blentec. Then I came across this one. With 7 years guarantee it seemed to be a good rival but at a much cheaper price. Since we got this it has been geeat.Yes, you do get a burnt smell from the motor the first week you use it. Then it goes away.It is so easy to clean, just a few drops of detergent in hot water, whizz , wipe and ready to use for next time.It can easily crush ice.Makes nut butter easily.Can grind to flours from seeds, nuts etc.Just what I wanted, and of course makes smoothies very well.You get 3 paperback recipe/smoothie books with it, and English plug.I am very impressed.

This is well worth spending the extra money on. I use it every day and love it.I also telephoned the company as i had a few questions and needed to have it delivered sooner than planned. The chap called John was really helpful . He upgraded my delivery for the next day at no extra cost.

Did not get any of the books, manuals that was supposed. Only the machine and a 1 year warranty paper. For that it won't get a 5 star
