They are a great size for my needs and my dog to use after surgery. Comes with I cover and you can wrap securely. Great quality and I’m very pleased with the flexibility to wrap easily around and secure with the wide and soft Velcro strap.

I got these for a broken ankle. I like the holder that comes with it. Very helpful for my recovery. They froze up real fast and are still pliable once frozen. Would recommend.

These are great! Pros: * They’re very flexible and form fitting. Currently using them behind my knee. * The velcro piece is wonderful…at the end, it has a short piece of the “sticky” side that is folded onto itself. Between uses, I leave it folded and I never have to fight with the Velcro sticking to everything around me. * It comes with 4 gel packs so I never have to wait for one to get cold again. I have numbered them 1 through 4 and use them in order to ensure I get the coldest one each time and avoid mixing them up. Works great. * The elastic band is long and it can be easily adjusted when movement shifts the cold pack. Cons: * They are not very thick so they don’t stay cold very long. This was only an issue at first for me when the injury was acute and getting to and from the freezer was very difficult. But it is a bit frustrating. All in all, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Comes with 4 packs that can be put in the freezer or microwave depending on what your need is. Also comes with a sleeve to put the pack in. It has a Velcro strip at the end, so it can be used around the entire body to use on your back or can be wrapped around multiple times and still attached with the Velcro if you need it for your elbow, knee, ankle, etc. The packs freeze rather quickly, in about an hour and it stays cold for quite some time while you are icing. Works well and would recommend.

I don’t always take the time to right such thorough reviews - but these are absolutely fantastic! Out of all the many we have tried and own, these are far and away the best we have ever used, hands down. Have not tried the heat feature, but there are the most comfortable, soft, flexible, and perfectly cold ice packs - just the right size for versatility. They are made extremely well and seem very durable. The weight suggests quality but not so much that they are uncomfortable because of their great pliability and texture. I cannot foresee any quality control issues, such as any leakage happening, because of the very nice materials used, thoughtful design and A+ constructon. Cannot recommend them enough - especially due to the value of getting four medium sized packs, along with a Velcro pouch included that works as a sleeve with adjustable size depending on application. For us, it is ideal for our needs of using it in on neck, forehead, and upper arms.

Bought a set of 4 for a sesamoidectomy (foot) surgery. Could only ice around the ankle and behind the knee, and these were great for that. Ended up getting another 4 pack so I could ice 20min on/20 off basically all day/evening. They aren't super cold thru the padding that comes with it, just enough to be able to tolerate it without needing additional barriers which was nice. I do wish the four pack came with two of the padded Velcro covers, and if one has shorter straps, that would have been AMAZING (the straps are quite long so has to be wrapped 3-4 times around). They do stay cold a surprisingly long time. I could often ice for 20, leave it out, then take it out of the cover and just Velcro it around and it worked for another 20. Would def recommend for smaller injuries (knee, wrist, ankle, foot, neck, head, etc). I have back problems too but these seem too small for that.

These hot and cold pads are excellent for hot and cold compresses. They are if good quality and retains heat and cold very well.

Is a very good size, cools down the body, and is of good quality. Definitely a good purchase and a good deal to get four ice packs.
