It mixes decently well, I use a water bottle and shake it. Much better than the previous versions, making it easy to drink and does not upset the stomach if it does, eat some carbs with it or something to help digest it. The flavor is spot on and the strength is the same with each dose but each person may feel the effects differently. I find the focus works really well on days I’ve had proper sleep. I’ve not noticed an energy level with it but I am also naturally high energy individual.

This is worth the price ; I wish it were cheaper to order more frequently. Gives you a level boost of clean energy. No drop. And clears your mind. Definitely great for the 10 am work fog. Taste was better than expected. No after taste.

They taste so good, I have one pretty much everyday. I’m not so sure it does much for my focus or my energy, but it definitely helps me drink water. It has also helped me stay away from energy drinks because the taste is so good. I would rather drink one of those.

I used this daily and I couldn’t feel any difference. I never tried the pill version so maybe that one is stronger, but I was hoping to get a little boost. Even when I combine it with caffeine, I didn’t notice anything. Bummer … it tasted good and it wasn’t clumpy. I put it into a liter of water and it dissolves but you have to shake it before you drink it because the ingredients do settle. I think that’s normal for powders though.
