Porcelain + Appliance Touch Up Paint, Desert Beige, 1oz, High-Gloss, w/Brush in Bottle, for Appliances

Cyber Gray was an exact match for my LG stainless steel French door fridge (manufactured in 2021.)I had a Dixie cup dispenser adhered to the side of the fridge that had its mount peeling off so I removed it. It left behind a lot of residue that I scraped off and scratched up the fridge.I bought this paint to try and am happy with it. As you can see from the image you can’t tell the fridge was damaged. When applying the paint it does look lighter, but after it dries it’s an exact match.

Accidents do happen. The first time was over a year ago when a small glass jar of spices fell as I was removing it from the over-the-stove cabinet, making a small chip on the top of our stove. It was not that large, so I just didn't worry about it. But when I dropped a ramekin on my stove chipping a larger chunk of the porcelain finish on our stove, I knew I had to finally do something. I did some research and found that the Oslo product was highly rated and would cover these imperfections. And boy did they ever! The first picture shows the view from above. The other two pictures show the close up views of the covered imperfections. This product worked really well, matching the color and covering the chips. I would recommend it to anyone that has a similar problem!

Paint washes off in contact with soap and takes numerous coats to cover dark areas. One star for color match.

It did not match color as I had hoped it would. The applicator is similar to a white out container. I think this would be best for small scuffs or scratches.

I just had a small chip on my sink and some rust around the overflow opening, but this product was easy to apply and covered both instantly. Will probably apply a second coat to the chip, the color blended in perfectly with the sink white enamel color. Very pleased!

My beef with this product is this description, which is why I purchased it:"WHERE TO USE THIS COLOR – NIMBUS WHITE – This is the one for modern white sinks, toilets, shower inserts and bathtubs"I assumed that "modern white sinks, toilets, bathtubs" would be WHITER than a 25 year old standard porcelain bathtub if anything, but the color is MUCH grayer than my standard porcelain bathtub. I understand that there's a range of "porcelain white", but I can't imagine any standard sink/bathtub being as gray (not white) as this one. Frustrating, because the above description is what got me to purchase this over competing brands, because it really spelled out that it was the best choice for white porcelain when IMHO that's misleading. Maybe it'll match your sink/toilet/tub, but I don't see how.I'm attaching a photo, and the contrast you can see between the tub porcelain and the "nimbus white" is pretty accurate to what it looks like in real life. I've never seen a standard tub/sink/toilet as gray as this "nimbus white" paint.On a side note, don't glob this stuff on like some photos I've seen... Try to use as little as possible, maybe use the brush on cardboard to clean off the excess before trying to use it on your actual product, and wipe away before it dries if you've over-applied. Color match is one thing, but it's up to the user to do a good job of the actual applying.

Update: vendor sent apology and offered refund. Good seller 👍Opened the bottle and the brush wasn’t attached attached to the bottle top. Had to sacrifice a paint brush I had on hand. Product performed as expected otherwise but having the brush missing was disappointing.

I used this on our toilet seat and the flush handle because the paint/surface was wearing and I didn't need to buy a new toilet seat or handle for that matter because there was nothing wrong with either. It worked great! Now there's two less items in the landfills! :)

Essentially the product is not suitable for LG white appliances as the color is a slightly beige time of white compared to the white goods
