Slim Yet Sturdy Protection
This case offers a great balance between protection and portability. It fits snugly, doesn't add much bulk, and the textured sides provide a secure grip. The raised edges safeguard the screen and camera, and it's compatible with wireless charging. A solid choice for everyday use

Great protection Great Fit
I really like the fit and protection of the two pice case. I did not notice the case had a flap that sealed the USB C port. That was timely as I dropped the phone in the bowl the same day I recieved the case. No damage.

It's am otter box that isn't HUGE
It's an Otterbox. Never had any complaints with any phone case I've ever bought from them.

Bought a bad case but second one was great!
I've never had an issue with OtterBox. I've used their cases for years. However, I recently bought an s23 ultra and ordered an OtterBox for it. It was very ill fitting. I had a little bit of trouble getting it to fit right around the charging port and it kind of stuck out on the side up at the top, creating a gap for dirt and debris to get in around my volume and power buttons. I ordered a second one and started a return on the first one. The second one came in and it fits as snugly as any other OtterBox I've owned. I'm glad to see that this was just a one-time issue and that OtterBox has not lowered their quality. I have dropped my Note 10 plus multiple times and OtterBox has protected it through and through. I can only hope for the same protection for my s23 ultra.

2 years later .....
For what it's worth, I purchased in 2023. It is now March 2025 and the case is just now starting to be worn out enough to replace it. I've dropped it many times. I handle it the majority of the day especially since I have to use my phone at work, pulling it in and out of my pocket all of the time. Great durable and affordable case.

Poor material choices and design.
Unfortunately this is a flop from OtterBox. The case is made from two different parts, a rubber like sleeve and a hard plastic shell. While normally a good combination, the way this case is designed and the materials used just don't work. Where there isn't the hard plastic shell, the rubber sleeve gradually stretches out over time and eventually distorts away from the phone. You can see it in all the corners but it is especially egregious on the corner where the buttons are as there is a large section without said hard shell (approximately half the height of the phone). Unfortunately OtterBox support is pretty sadly lacking on this case as well. I contacted OtterBox for a replacement aftermy original case showed the same failure mode that's shown in the pictures. While they eventually replaced the case under warranty they initially wanted me to pay for shipping. After pushing back on this they eventually agreed as a "one time" courtesy to waive the shipping fee. Ultimately this is a failure of the case design and a failure of OtterBox customer service.

Started out fine
I bought this case just over a year ago when I got my s23 ultra and I don't actually remember when it started but I came back here Because Amazon was promoting this item as a Black Friday thing and I was like isn't this the one I bought? And I noticed a bunch of other people had the same exact problem mine does.It warps, especially up in the top right corner and I couldn't figure out what did I possibly do to cause that because I've used cases for years and I've never had one do this before. It's kind of bowed out and a little bit loose on that corner and that backplate is coming off which I think maybe it can? I'm not sure if it's supposed to but yeah. Somebody else's pictures that are posted are pretty much right on the money for what mine is also doing. It's Rather disappointing for how much money This brand typically costs and it's known for being rugged and durable so I don't know what happened with this particular style. I'm just glad that I'm not alone and that it likely isn't something that I did but some type of defect. My phone is still in one piece at least though so I don't know if that's just because the case still did its job or I've just been lucky enough to not drop it in a way that would cause damage. I also use one of these little wallet attachments on the back of the case and it's held up for the past year with a little wallet/holding strap on the back of it.Overall it's still mostly functions I suppose. I just don't like the weird way that it bows out in the corner because sometimes if I'm not paying attention the phone kind of starts to pop out a little bit and it's just an appealing.
