Not recommended
The wood is rough..not snaded properly...yarn gets snagged in it. The dowels are very difficult to put through the wooden discs and don't spin easily

Works well, good value for the cost
When I first put it together I didn’t have high hopes but once I put spools of cord on the spindles they turned smoothly with no yanking or tangling. I’ll probably purchase another one soon. Be prepared to puta few drops of wood glue on the spindle where you want the disk to sit.

Worst product ever
The quality is so badIt doesn’t fit properly, it squeaks, it’s rough and has shards & splinters that caused injuriesThe smell of it is so bad and doesn’t rotate smoothly

The spindles did not twirl. Waste of time requiring returning purchase.

Very Handmade Finish
I wish the finish on the wood parts was better. The barrings are nice, better than what I had on hand. I will be trying it out this weekend. It feels like it should work. At worst I feel like I will need to buy longer dowels to hold yarn better. I will probably round over the corners of the base.Edit: Completely worthless. You'd do better just having two dowels vs this for anything tufting related.
