This does not securely mount to the wall. Even after finding a stud to install it to. The mount has slack inside of it so the rack is wobbly. It has ripped out of the wall once already and will a second time. Do not purchase this product.

This allows you the ability to see how the wealthy lives without having to spend crazy amounts of money. It really warms the towel to a calm level of warmth and not like a single piece of clothing you leave in the drier for too long. It is easy to set up and run. Visually it is not appealing at all but the functionality and what it does for you makes you not care about that. The cool down after stopping is about 6-10 minutes I have found.

Installation was pretty easy, but you'll definitely need a nearby outlet. I'm glad it has a built in safety switch as it is near a sink. I like how it has 5 different temperature settings and a timer, and the bars do swing freely and then stay in position.However, there are a few issues. First, I was hoping there'd be an always-on option. I like having a warm and not just a dry towel. Second, the base of the attachment points is a bit narrow and I can already feel it digging into the drywall as I swing the arms left and right. If there was a wider plate attached to the backs, then this would be more stable. I will have to improvise something to fix the wobble. Third, the instruction manual and hardware was for a different towel warmer rack, a version that had 4 attachment points and without swiveling bars.Overall it's a very good and elegantly simple towel warmer that could stand a couple of minor redesigns.

If you’re going to sell a “luxury” item, it probably needs to have a mounting kit with instructions for the item that is in the box not some other random rack.

This rack was wobbly from the get go and did not warm the towels but we kept it anyway. Today it finally fell off the wall. I should have paid more attention to the reviews but this rack is garbage. Do NOT buy it.

The installation directions did not match the product received. There were mounting brackets referenced that weren't included. Thankfully, it was rather intuitive, but you needed to be quite precise in measuring the placement of the mount. Also, even though I used the include wall anchors, there is still a fair amount of "give" or "sway" in the bracket as you swing the arms. Overall, installation was probably 2 stars. As for the product itself, it is okay at best. It really only heats the portion of the towel that contacts the swing arm. So, if you are using four individual towels (one on each bar) only about a 2-3 inch wide section gets warmed. It is not strong enough to provide additional ambient heat to the other towels. Instead, I will simply drape a single towel over all four arms and it is warmed throughout. I had hoped to use this just inside our walkout basement in the cooler months to warm the hot tub towels, but I'll just continue to throw them in the dryer for a minute - warms the whole towel and I don't have to run it for hours to heat up.
