My year 7s loved using these.

Brilliant visual science aid!

I wouldn't call this a toy. The recommended age on the product box was actually 9+, not 7. I bought this product as an AS revision aid for Biology, because my syllabus covers cells and organelles. While this model is obviously aimed at slightly younger learners, I have found this model helpful. It has all the basic organelles of a plant cell, and I like that you can test yourself. It certainly adds some extra interest to revision. The booklet would be better for younger users though. I'm not sure the pictures inside will last if treated roughly; I expect they would peel off. My biggest criticism is the price- I think it is a bit expensive but equally this is the only model I could find that would be affordable (there is a definite shortage of anatomy and biology models to aid revision that aren't too expensive for students). Overall it is useful especially for visual and kinetic learners.

Looking forward to using this when I teach my cell biology class. I attached some velcro to it to keep it together better.

Algo caro para lo que es (semiesferas de goma/esponja con los orgánulos pintados -una con nombres en inglés y la otra sin los nombres). Didácticamente sí es útil.

This is a great aid to our homeschooling. It’s large enough to read clearly, durable enough to survive lots of handling and an over all great value. The model allows for both Reading the facts and quizzing for where each part of the cell should be. one side is labeled with the proper name, and the other side is simply identified by letter.

Alles prima, kann ich nur empfehlen. Nicht vorne zum zeigen, aber für Grußßenarbeiten. Man sollte also mehrere haben. Habe 3 davon und 3 von dem Modell der tierischen Zelle.
