Long battery life
I drive a truck, so I wear a headset as much as 16 hours a day. I've been a user of another "Legendary" headset since 2016. I got used to it. I liked it. The battery only lasts part of a day, so I needed at least two. I kept three with me. I've owned a dozen since 2016. But, they're dated and quality is inconsistent recently. So, I decided to try this one. Maybe it could use some minor improvements, or maybe I'm just used to my old headset. The buttons are a bit harder to press, and don't have as many functions. The voice prompts are just above a whisper. The microphone position is very precise ... extremely precise .. persnickety even. But, it's comfortable. It fits exactly like my old ones. The range is at least 50 feet, and it beeps pleasantly when it's disconnected. The battery lasts for days. So, I only need one of these. Until I leave it in my pocket and run it through the washing machine. My old headsets would come out clean, and working fine. I wonder if this one will.

TERRIBLE MAX VOLUME LEVEL
First thing is max volume level is patheticly low!! I use it when I'm running tractor - I'm a custom farmer - and I simply could never get the volume high enough even when the person on the other end was talking loudly I still wished for more volume 😭Next thing is this thing was TERRIBLE hard to pair with - every time I had to search new device then hit the pair and connect button once it FINALLY popped up and then it sometime still took another 30 seconds almost till it was actually pairedAs for comfort well I thought it seemed very heavy and quickly got rather uncomfortableThe battery life is everything it's said to be can last 3 days or more on one charge but I wished it would turn off by itself after being disconnected for x amount of timeThe buttons were very hard to access/ use being very small and hard to press especially with them behind your head

Great for what I use it for
I am not a power user. I use my M300XT around the house paired to my Galaxy S10 and it works great. It is very comfortable and voice commands via Bixby work just fine. Don't need to use it in my car because it has Bluetooth. Rarely use it outdoors, but when I do (golfing) it works extremely well. I had a Plantronics Voyager 5200 for years. The M300XT is less expensive, has longer talk time, and I really can't hear much of a difference, if any, in sound quality and noise cancelling. I also like that it uses a Type C USB charging cable. The M300XT works extremely well for my needs and is a great deal at $67 on Amazon.UpdateOne complaint.... The Parrot button on the boom is difficult to press when wearing the M300XT. It would be nice if it were touch activated.

Better than I expected
After trying several over ear earpieces, I didn't have much hope for this one especially considering how bulky the over ear piece looks. It took a minute to find a comfortable way to wear my eye glasses over that piece. I'm also not a fan of anything in my ear. As well, usually the ones that go over the ear & in the ear do not fit me well but this one surprised me. As a woman with several challenges to this earpiece (a lot of hair, wearing eyeglasses, overall size vs placesment of the earpiece), this one overcame all of the challenges! I even forgot I was wearing it. It is lightweight and I don't notice it in my ear. It also doesn't fall off which I thought would happen given the size of it. The sound quality is good and loud enough for me to hear the caller. My only small comlaint would be that when I asked my caller if they could hear any background noises on my end, they could hear the noises very clearly. So I would say noise canceling can use some improvement. A few things about the buttons... there are only 4... Answer/hangup, volume up, volume down and I love the placement of the mute button which makes a low audible noise in the earpiece to let you know you've muted/unmuted the call-Kudos on that feature! Happy to have finally found a new over ear earpiece I can live with. Suggestion-link it up to Alexa so she can find it when I misplace it in the house! Then I'll give you 5 stars :)

Great Headset, just not for us.
Got this for my husband, who is a UPS delivery driver. They drive around with the doors open all summer long to try and avoid heat exhaustion, so it's usually a bit loud when he's driving on the highway. The overall sound quality from his end was very clear, I could hear him well, it seemed to be comfortable for him to wear. But as soon as he got on the freeway and got up to speed, his voice cut out with the background noise and I couldn't hear him well. It's a great headset, easy to connect, lightweight, sleek, but it doesn't work for my husband in his situation. It deserves 5 stars for overall sound quality, but have to give it 3 because it's not perfect for all situations.

Worth it - Call Quality and Long Lasting Battery
Long battery life (destroys the plantronics I have), reliable, best quality so far. Only annoyance is it takes a while to turn on - no switch.
