Great for running, just not trail running.
This is a great item for running on flat surface but on the trail the flasks tend to fall out. Had this happen numerous times and eventually lost one while running. Not sure if the holders are designed to keep the flask from falling out when there is elevation and uneven trail surface. On flat surface these are great but be careful when running on the trail.

Super nice belt but bottles do not stay in holster
It's a super nice belt don't get me wrong. If Nathan were to add a little elastic hook to the top, problem solved. Fits my phone couple Gu's so plenty of storage. I went for a 6 mile run and had to start caring the bottles after a mile. I love Nathan products but all or there hydration belts tend to lack any sort of user mindset.

Las botellas se salen muy facil y se pueden caer mientras corro
Las botellas deberian quedar mas ajustadas al cinturon. Se caen fácil

Good comfortable fit, keeps water cool, fits my phone
Fits well and doesn’t bounce too much. My iPhone 11 Pro Max fits in the belt with a minimal case... barely. The one small negative for me is that it takes quite a bit of squeezing to get water out of these bottles... I can’t just kind of absentmindedly pull out a flask and drink... I end up stopping and putting some real pressure on this thing to get the water to flow. But it’s not a deal breaker. Overall I really like it.

Not for petite women
I have an older Nathan’s belt that came in a women’s small. This one is supposed to fit everyone and it just doesn’t. The stretchy belt means the fit it too flexible, the bottles fly out while running, and when it’s adjusted to fit a smallish woman (seriously I’m not that small, size 4), the bottles stick out of the side of my waist such that my elbow hits it everytime I swing my arms. It affects my running form and that’s not okay.

Stays significantly colder
I bought both the Trailmix and the Trailmix Plus. I found that in hot weather (85 F) the Plus does keep ice water significantly cooler, so it’s worth the upgrade if you need not just hydration but also help with high temperatures. When I filled the regular Trailmix with ice and then with cold water from the refrigerator, it would be barely cool by the end of a 45 minute run at 85 F. In contrast, the Plus would still be cold and have some unmelted ice remaining. When the weather was only in the 70’s I had to add less ice to avoid “brain freeze”.The Plus has slightly taller bottles to hold the same 10 oz with a double walled container. I also found the Plus bottles to be easier to squeeze - which is a top complaint for the regular Trailmix.Nathan doesn’t seem to sell these 10 oz bottles on their own - only 8 oz insulated bottles. The very reflective bottles are a nice bonus for night running - although you can blind yourself by drinking while wearing a headlamp. I learned to hold the bottles sideways.

DESIGN FLAW
This is my second Nathan Hydration Running Belt. I loved my first one and wore it running 6 days a week. As a result the zipper broke after several years of wear and tear. GREAT VALUE and HIGH QUALITY!Naturally, I was looking for a replacement belt and would not consider an alternate brand. I ordered this belt with the insulated water bottles and immediately started using it. The belt was extremely comfortable with the large pocket and 2 bottles. I was excited! However, on my second run one of the bottles fell out of plastic holster. I did not hear the bottle hit the ground as I run with air pods when not on the street. Luckily, a runner behind me picked up the bottle and returned it to me at the end of the route. I blamed myself thinking I did not insert the bottle fully into the holster. Third run, the bottle fell out again! This time I thought I was wearing the belt too low and my butt knocked the bottle out. As such, I raised the belt and continued running but the bottle continued to end up on the ground. Now frustrated I pulled the elastic strap over the top of bottle to prevent it from falling out of the holster throughout my run. This tactic made it very challenging to free the bottle to drink.Unfortunately, I have elected to return the item in hopes that a new line of the product will be designed soon. I will utilize my handheld hydration bottle in the meantime.

Best one so far.
I train for marathons on the street and on trail. I do have to take my phone out of the case, hasn't gotten wet during the rain. I like the size of the water bottles, lightweight, comfortable on the skin, and doesn't move around. The pouch holds a cell phone without its case one car key and a couple of credit cards and an ID card which is fine by me.

Broke after only 2 month
