I bought this watch for my dad, and he absolutely loves it! The watch is very good — the battery lasts a long time, and the charging speed is impressive. One of his favourite features is being able to pick up calls while he’s walking; it’s super handy and convenient.At one point, the watch stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They were incredibly helpful and responsive. They first gave me some advice to troubleshoot the issue, and when that didn’t work, they kindly offered to send a replacement right away. The whole process was smooth and professional.I’m very happy with both the product and the service, and I would highly recommend this watch to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable smart watch with great features and top-notch customer support.

Only had the watch a few day's. So far I'm very happy with it and finding it easy to navigate my way around. Good battery life, stylish, easy to use, great price. The reviews are what swayed towards buy this watch, as I'd been shopping around and hadn't a clue where to start. The strap can easily be replaced I have had change to try it out at the gym yet, but will do this coming week. I'd definitely recommend this to family and friendsHelpful

I love my new fitness watch. It is slightly bigger than my previous one but I don't mind that. I can change the face to one that suits me but the main reason I purchased this was to be able to answer and make calls from it. I love on my own so this is a safety thing. The app was easy to set up. Various straps are available and I also purchased a screen protector for safety too.

I’ve been using this watch since I purchased it in February 2025. I started a healthy diet to lose some weight due to ill health. I love it. It does exactly what I need and gives me insight into sleep, steps and heart rate. I also answer my calls on it. Love it! Great value. I even bought my husband one and we have both lost weight.

Absolutely love my watch. Despite advancing years have already begun to investigate all the things it provides me with. Am particularly impressed with being able to book reminders for appointments and to set times when cooking.The phone dial function is so helpful , such great reassurance when out and about.Love it! Very bright, large display. Can read messages and answer/make calls although sound quality isn't great. It won't connect to music & seems to be no way to fix that. Sometimes loses connection to phone and don't get notifications. It does seem to track sleep and steps well, although the steps to distance equivalence is miles (ahem) out. Also my RHR jumps from 64 one day to 73 the next which it's never done before. Nice looking item at a good price but you get what you pay for.

Only has the smart watch for a week so still getting used to it. Disappointed that it does not receive or send text message, but can receive and make calls. So far good value for the money.Update…. I have returned the watch as while the watch itself is good the app VeryFit is very weak. I was wasting time on having to reconnect, despite saving each time. I have learned a lot from this experience and feel it such a shame that a good item has weak backup.
