Buy this product if you suffer from lactose intolerance!
This product is the best thing ever! It by far surpasses the LACTAID pills sold in market. This stuff really works, first time ever I was able to eat cheese and ice cream without all the side effects of bloating, gas and shall I be honest , diarrhea that people with lactose intolerance suffers from. I can finally eat pizza without worrying! I just put in another order for the largest bottle they sell! Worth ever single penny!!!! Works better then anything else
Been using this for a few years now. Works better then anything else. I sprinkle it on the offensive food, and throw the capsule out. No taste. Cheaper at Amazon.

Provides some relief
I have been using this product to help with the digestion of Whey Protein. If you are into sports or bodybuilding you may know that whey is the fastest absorption protein but it is all milk based.I have tried one capsule with my daily whey protein drink but it wasn't enough.Two capsules seems to do the trick. I helps to some degree but I wouldn't say it completely eliminates any side effect.Maybe taking 3 capsules but I find taking 3 too much.
