These are really fantastic. Was looking for the same brand as used by NHS and delighted found them on Amazon. Contrary to the other brands, these are beginner bands so are very “low” resistance/weight. Great if you’re recovering from injury, or want to simply tone up instead of bulking up.Really good quality too, with three different resistance strengths to help gently progress. Well worth the money.

I need a selection of differing resistance & this is starting to look good

All in all a good set of resistance bands with three different resistances. I used the yellow band following a suggestion by my physiotherapist as part of a rehab program for a serious finger injury. I was happy with the band but it should be pointed out that one must be careful with it as it can tear relatively easily.

These were bought on behalf of someone who is not computer savvy so a simple sheet with the relative strengths plus a few simple diags of the ways they are used would be helpful. Not asking a lot. Don’t just stuff them in a Jiffy bag as if you don’t care! Lucky to get 3stars!

These bands are all very useful but it would be helpful to have some information about their length and more particularly, about their strength and what they might best each be used for.

The bands themselves are great but when they arrive they are covered in dust which is disgusting and unnecessary. For that reason I will not be repurchasing.
