Metal base cracked after 4months. It is an imperfect world, so things like this happen. Seller honored their guarantee and sent a replacement part.

And slowly went downhill from there. I noticed about 3 months after receiving the chair, the seat would not elevate beyond 2 inches and once you sat in it, it slowly sank. I messaged the manufacturer asking for replacement parts and I've yet to hear anything, and that was a month ago. For such an expensive item, you would think - and hope - for better customer service and a more reliable product. Do not waste your time or money. There are better out there that are less expensive and actually work like they're supposed to.

Very Uncomfortable and the metal part under the seat broke win in weeks of use

I have a medical condition that requires I be recumbent and this chair works well for me. I would prefer a longer foot rest as this one only extends to my upper calves (I'm 6'2"). I solved this by placing an ottoman under my desk. It's solid and the cushions are excellent. When reclined it sits up a bit too high for legs to comfortably reach the floor, but when upright more this is no problem.Would recommend.

Only 2 screws were a little stripped. I used a socket wrench with an adapter otherwise I would not have had the leverage to get past those problems/tighten everything easier.Took about 30 minutes.

There is no back support. It is hard when you sit. It gets stuck when you push all the way back. This product is not worth its price. I will not recommend this product to anybody.

It's a big chair... maybe not big enough.So, im a big dude. 6'3" 350 lbs. The chair goes all the way up and I can rest my head on the head rest but when the footrest is up i'm resting my calves on the rest instead of my feet. This makes the footrest feel like its not very supportive and like it may break. I was assured by a family member that it looks fine and that it should hold fine so maybe its my imagination. Last point i'll make is that the actual butt and back cushion itself is really stiff and not too comfortable. For $260 I was hoping it would be at least a little more comfortable.

Would not buy this again.The packaging was okay, but missing instructions for assembly.One of the zippers was missing.The bolt holes for the arms that hold the caster wheels were extremely hard to get the bolts in. Almost seemed as if I was putting self tapping bolts in.A bolt insert became unlodged on the bottom of the seat cushion and the bolt would no longer tighten or come back out.Could not even finish putting the chair together before getting upset and putting it back in the box to be sent back. Didn't even get to sit in it to test comfort.Went to Office Max and bought a Shaq Oneal, which was easier to put together and appeared to be of higher quality.
