Good product
I love the pockets, bladder and general feel. However I fall in between sizes here so purchased the small/med as I swam in the large. I can't go much bigger and the pockets stick out from the outer sides of my chest. (I'm not a stick runner.) Why does it matter? My arms chafe from hitting the pockets. So I slap chafe cream on and keep going, but just another thing to be aware of and need to remember.

Started leaking at the bite guard after second use!
The media could not be loaded. I dont bite it hard enough to damage- just enough for a gentle flow. Started leaking after my second long run with it.

Great pack, but flawed it and valve
I purchased the XXS-M size (the smallest offered) and it is too big on me. I can adjust it down, but not ideal. Then recently the valve that you bite on started to leak. I'm pretty disappointed.
