Great Scale from LIDL
Great and accurate scale. If you think your scale is not accurate, try this method for accurate measurement each time. This method is called 'reset'. Basically, you have to reset your scale before each measurement.RESET:1. Before measuring your weight, step with one leg on the scale for a second or two to start measuring. It should start from 0.00 to something and it should go back to zero as soon as you step off the scale.2. Now, wait a few seconds. It still should show 0.00. That was the reset. It's done.3. Finally, step on the scale with 2 legs. Wait for 10 seconds. There you go!If you bring your scale a few meters away, you should do the 'reset' and then weigh. Your weight should be within 0.1 kg plus/minus. So it is accurate. The HeathCoach app works for me on android 12 and Samsung. Unfortunately, this app doesn't sync with Samsung Health or any other third-party health app. You should type in manually.

easy and clear display and instantly transfers info to app
bought this and linked it with my phone without any issue, easy and clear display and instantly transfers info to app.however.... when my partner tried to install app and link it would find the device but then wouldnt go any further no matter how often we tried. ive read many here blaming the scales but the actual problem is with the app itself. closing and reopening the app didnt help however the solution came by restarting the phone and then opening the app. it then linked first time and worked like a charm.

Great Value and Accurate Scales....As long as you dump their HealthCoach app in favour of the Superior OpenScale app!
Got mine from Lidls so basing review on the unbeatable price there. The scale itself is excellent quality. I like that is uses AAA batteries and not those dinky small capacity and comparatively expensive slim disc batteries. Yes, the scales need a pretty flat surface for accurate results but I actually found it worked best on thin dense carpet as this tended to level out any minor surface level inconsistencies and gave very consistent readings. Now onto the HealthCoach App!...It is the flakiest app ever and has a mind of it's own on my Huawei phone. It loses track of the user signature a lot and trying to reset the settings is an absolute nightmare. Many times I've lost access to the body metric readings and just end up with the default weight reading. Luckily there's an open source app called "openScale" available in the GooglePlay store which is compatible with this and many other common Bluetooth scales. The openScale app was easy to install and setup without any of the fuss HealthCoach gives you. It works first time and all the time for me. So do yourself a favour and don't even bother with HealthCoch app, just install openScale and enjoy these quality scales at the Lidl's price. Note: The Body fat % displayed, although not super accurate, is definitely within +-2% error based on my readings and experience which is pretty good compared to other scales or measurement methods especially for the price and convenience factor.

I love it so far
I got this from my partner as a Birthday gift. I love it so far. It syncs with my iPhone 5 no problem - yes I id experience inconsistency, but I found out it was caused by uneven flooring. So I bought a granite worktop saver and put my scale on that and it works fine now. The bashed app works alright for me. It connects flawlessly and also works with Apple Health Kit. I love it so much I am thinking to purchase SAS 75 Activity sensor as well...

Stopped Syncing To iPad - Connecting again I hope
Bought in Lidl 18 months ago. I have been very happy with these scales, displaying and recording and storing my weight. However a week ago the website was changed and the scales no longer connect via BlueTooth. Weight can still be filled in manually. The scales will connect to another App (AirWeight) and show ones' weight clearly, but that App does not seem to do anything else. I am hoping the scales and my iPad will connect again soon. I have emailed Sanitas twice, but still no reply18th March 2017A few hours ago I deleted the Sanitas Health Coach from my iPad and then reloaded it again from the App. Store. I have now got it to connect to the scales via Bluetooth again and the old interface seems to have been restored. I am not all that happy with Santas who have still not bothered to answer my emails. But happy enough considering I paid the Lidl price to now give 4**** to the Sanitas SBF 70 Diagnostic Scales...!!!

How do I change the units?
I had this as a gift and I love it. No connection issues with me syncs well with my samsung phone. I had replaced the battery and units changed to st. I have spent ages and I still can't figure out how to change it back to kg. I have also used the healthcoach app to change the units but that only changes it in the app not on the scale. This is very frasturating 😊 once I solve this I am going to continue loving it 😊
