not decaffeinated
this has about 3 point something of caffeine. they said the ecgc was about the equivalent of 3 cups of tea. I don't drink 3 cups of tea in one sitting so i divided capsule contents into 3 and it tastes absolutely disgusting, but until i can recapsule the powde into 3 different smaller capsules, i will drink 3 cups of decaffeinated tea three times a day. Taking it for RA.

Too Little Use by Life
Order arrived today marked use by 09/25. This is too little time to consume this order. Alpha Lipoic acid is not a stable molecule and should be used relatively quickly.. Looks like bad stock management or offloading old stock via Amazon platform? Also product has been over-stickered which is a practice that can try to disguise old stock. I will be contacting Amazon and suggest the supplier contacts me. Andrew MacLeod.
