Colour Quest®: Extreme Colouring Challenges to Complete

I love this book and so do my teens. We spend a lot of time doing arts and crafts and this is a really unique way to keep the kids entertained and engaged in colouring as you don't know what the picture is until you have nearly completed each one (unless you cheat and look at the guide pics at the back) the book is massive! Much bigger than most colouring books. I'ld would say they are nearly A3 size if not bigger. They are perforated on each page for easy removal so you can colour and frame your pictures if you want. They are single sided so you can use any medium you want without risking spoiling any pictures on the reverse (as long as you either remove them from the book or place a blotting sheet between pages) The page seems to be a reasonable quality and is a nice bright white. Ive used both pencils and felts/fineliners and both come out amazing. Sharpies do bleed but tbh i think sharpies bleed through EVERYTHING! I thought the price was a bit expensive in comparison to other books until I received it. It is so much bigger than other books such as enchanted forest or animal kingdom, it is total worth the money. If you fancy something different I would definitely recommend! We enjoyed this book so much we are now looking at getting different books in the same format.

My eight-year-old was totally absorbed doing these, and the results are really lovely. If you want to see how the pictures will eventually turn out you can have a peek at the back of the book. My only criticism would be the lack of page numbers, meaning if you choose the picture first from the back (which is what I did for my son, without telling him what he'd be colouring in) it can be a bit slow to find the picture you want - you have to go page by page looking for the palette that matches your picture. You just can't tell what most of the pictures are going to be so you really need page numbers. Hope Joanna Webster will do more of these books.

Great book good read

This book is hands down my favourite colouring book I own. The pages are quite thick and single-sided, so ink doesn’t bleed onto the next page, and the pictures are beautiful, as you never fully know what it will be until you’ve finished. The ONLY negative thing I would say is the book is A3, meaning it is quite big and harder to travel with. However that may not be a bad thing, as I think some of the pictures would be difficult to do if the page was any smaller.I would 100% recommend to anyone who enjoys colouring and is looking for a great quality book.

Fascinating pictures to colour, but tend to get a bit boring after a while. All right if you have other books and can keep going back to this one. Main complaint, very difficult to tell which colours are which on pages. Would be 5 star if book had a general colour chart for all pictures, as most colour by number books do.

I love this colouring book, however for a novice which I am I would recommend getting 72 pencil set instead of 24 as you need a variety of the same colour with slight difference

Great book and images. Just be careful who it is for as print is very light so it isn't seen under pencil.

This book was bought as a Christmas present for my boyfriend knowing he loves anything to do with geometry, puzzles and solving problems, so I was really surprised by the size of the book, which adds even more detail than I expected to the amount of shapes to colour in, so I'm sure he'll have a blast with it. There's also a large variety of designs to choose from and the paper quality is good, definitely worth the purchase! It would be nice if you could take out the pages as I feel like they would look nice framed up! All in all a fantastic product.

Die Bilder sehen teilweise sehr kompliziert aus, wenn man den Dreh aber erstmal raus hat, macht es richtig Spaß und lässt einen gut abschalten. Die Seiten lassen sich gut mit Buntstiften, aber auch genauso gut mit Filzstiften bemalen. Die Farbe der Filzstifte schimmert Zar leicht durch, die ander Seite ist aber immer noch brauchbar.Die Bilder die aus den ganzen Zahlen entstehen sind wunderschön und alle in sich einzigartig.
