I normally use systane complete PF drops. I have had some dry eyes ever since having PRK(similar to lasik), eye surgery. Unfortunately at time of restock, the complete were not offered through prime shipping and the price was much higher than normal. Hydration were cheap with prime. So I gave them a shot and honestly, for using before bed time, I think I prefer these over the complete PF. Both comfort my eyes, but I feel like these hydration ones did a better job over night from keeping my eyes from drying on me. Honestly, I will probably end up stocking a 2 pack of both. I will definitely order these again. So for my lasik/prk people consider the complete PF or the hydration PF!! No matter what you choose, just make sure you buy preservative free!

I’ve been dealing with dry, irritated eyes—especially after long hours on the computer or in dry climates—and these Systane Hydration PF drops have truly made a difference. These drops do help with my dry eyes. I react to preservatives, so I get these because there are no preservatives. I hate the single use eye drops because once you take off the lid, you have to use it all and throw it away, which is not very cost effective. However, these are great in the one bottle because you only squeeze out what you need and then put the lid back on. Some days I only need 1 drop and some days I may need 2 or 3 in each eye. They do not burn or sting and give me instant relief.

This is a Fantasic product. I’ve used a number eye drops for dry eye with and without preservative. None have given relief for more than an hour or two! If that!This product has given day long relief with only two applications. It lasts a long time.I am just an old person responding n my own, no one ask me to respond. I just believe when some is good others need to know and give credit when due!! Thank you Systane!!Only improvement I could suggest would just little longer tip where drops exit, to make it easier to visualize where droop may exit to not waste so much trying to hit your eye!!!

Great eye drops, especially for chronic dry eyes. Only have to use a couple times a day where other brands I use up to six times a day. Especially like the preservative free after several brands were found to have fungus and bacteria in them that was kept alive by the preservatives that was kept in the eye drops. Sustain only makes preservative free highly recommend.

Have a great deal of problems with dry eyes. After searching online and talking to my doctor I decided to try these. A little more expensive than the drops I was using but much more effective.

This Systane Hydration is a great product, EXCEPT for the applicator, it is too big for easy application. When trying to get a drop in my eye the size of the applicator makes it hard to target my eye.Other than that, the Systane Hydration really sooths my eyes and keeps them soothed for hours.
