I bought this timer to help my toddler with transitions. It is super effective and easy for him to see how much time he has left, but if you use the actual timer buzzer, it goes on FOR FOREVER! Which, to me, gets old. But, it does help with my toddler because he cannot ignore it!

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this timer for my kids (3 and 5 years old) to make our routines easier. They are visual learners so this is perfect for learning the concept of time. The rainbow catches their attention and goes away as the timer counts down. The alarm is loud enough to hear from another room. Super easy to use, just press the button on top (one for the alarm and one for the light)!

We use this with my daughter and it works wonders! Timer has withstood some throwing, has a blinking light option for kids who don’t like the beeping.

The knob is a little small and sometimes difficult for my toddler (3) to turn himself but it’s helping with fine motor skills so I’m not mad at it. The time being colorful is so helpful in teaching him the concept of time. (Look how much blue you have left!) My one small complaint is that it is pretty loud even on the lower volume. But otherwise it’s a great timer for kiddos. Super simple to use and visually appealing.

This timer is working super well for my toddler, who really thrives with visual demonstrations, haha. I’ve seen some reviews complain that the alarm goes on too long, but you can turn it off by tapping the button on top (tap, not push). I’m very pleased with the size, sound level, and simplicity.

This was a game changer! I'm always looking for ways to make working from home with my toddler easier. It's a lot easier to communicate time with my daughter now that we have a visual marker. I use it for screen time, when I have meetings, cooking almost any activity, she sometimes uses it on me too! I only wish the yellow numbers were more visible, it's hard for the both of to see them.

I love that this one has an option to use a light instead of the sound, because my son and I both startle easily. There are two sound options though and the quieter one isn't too bad. The loud one is very loud. The motor is also pretty quiet. Unless it's up to your ear, you won't hear it, which is good because I'm also sensitive to ticking noises. Last, I liked that this one is numbered in the correct clockwise order, where many of them were numbered the other way and drove me nuts lol.

It worked incredibly well for 3 months and then broke. I'm willing to buy it one more time and see if it happens again. I'll update this review if the next one breaks, too.Update: Just before I ordered a new one I managed to fix the old one. Will update if it breaks again.

Comes with batteries, works perfectly. My children enjoy being able to see the rainbow get smaller as the time runs out. We bought this to speed up getting ready in the mornings and for bed time. It is working well for our needs.

Me hubiera gustado q fuera mas grande. Lo uso en clase para marcar los tiempos de cada sesion. Es ideal, os alumnos ven claramente como la franja de tiempo va dismibuyendo a medid q se va consumiendo la sesion y les ayuda a agilizar las tareas de clase al percibir el tiempo del q disponen antes de cambiar de area.A mi tambien me facilita la distribucion de tareas demtro de cada sesion. Perfecto. La pega es el tamaño. Cabe en una mano. Se lo ví a una compalera años atras mas grande e imantado. En esta ocasion no lo encontré mas grande. La unica pega para mí, es esa, el tamaño.
