Hand blenders (red)

It stopped working after one month of use. I contacted the customer service by email, which is written on the device (a plus, so convenient). I quickly received a new one in only as few days. No question asked. Great service.

Nice colour, easy to use, doesn't mix as well as I'd like. Have to stop to let cool down lots.

This hand blender is so handy and easy to use. I had thought of buying a countertop blender but it would take up counter space. This 3 in 1 immersion hand blender is fantastic. I am sorry I didn’t purchase it years ago. I use it for everything from mincing to chopping and even use it for mixing my protein shakes. I am sold on this unit and if i ever wear it out i will purchase another one of the same brand.

Update: the company reached out in order to resolve my concerns. I am very happy with the replacement. The blender works well and comes with some useful attachments (whisk and frother) but from first use it gives off a terrible screeching sound. Would have liked to see metal used for some components as opposed to plastic but that hasn't been an issue yet. This one may be defective but I may just order something else , the noise is just annoying.

I just received this blender. I reviewed the material provided. Things that have given me a little pause: 1) Only has a push and hold button... no real on and/or off switch. 2) The different speeds are that different. 3) Instruction booklet says to only run this unit for a very short time. If and when unit gets warm, stop and allow it to cool down. I believe about a minute was discussed. The heat can/will damage the internal parts. 4) The whisk blender blades are somewhat flimsy. Would have expected this blender blade to be a little stiffer. On the other side of the coin: 1) For the price, this unit should serve pretty well on a limited use basis. 2) If you post a review on Amazon, they will extend your 1 year warranty for an additional 6 months... making the warranty 1 & 1/2 years. 3) After review of the unit and paperwork, I called Megawise... then realized I was calling them during their 1 hour lunch period. Planned on calling after their lunch... didn't do it fast enough. THEY CALLED ME BACK, yes, they called me back. I didn't leave a message, they had to see that I attempted to call them, and they called me back. What AMAZING customer service. They knew nothing about me except my phone number. I can't say that has ever happened to me. The representative answered all of my questions, registered my unit for the 1 year warranty, fully explained how to obtain the additional 6 month warranty extension. Within a couple of minutes, I received an email that my unit's warranty was activated. I just can't brag enough on their customer service thus far. WOW! I just did receive this unit so of course, my limited use thus far can't verify how well and how long it will last. If their customer service is any indication as to the quality of their unit and/or the efforts they will go to in order to ensure I'm a satisfied customer, I don't anticipate being unhappy with this purchase.
