Stopped working less than 2 weeks
So only after three or four uses I went out turned it on began to pressure wash lawn mower release the trigger pull the trigger to continue pressure washing but no pressure motor doesn't kick on. If I turn the water completely off and relieve the pressure turn it on it'll kick back on and work again this is an intermittent problem doesn't do it every time but most. Seems to have a problem initiating when there's pressure already built up. Emailed the company 3 days ago and have heard anything yet probably going to return it to Amazon before my 30 days are up will probably just exchange it in hopes that I just got a bad unit, Love the hundred foot hose and the way it retracts is great doubt it's as much pressure as it states but it's enough if it would only work. If I get another one that works longer than 3 days I'll update my review but as of now I can't give it more than a star seeings how it doesn't work. And so far customer service directly from the company is not very good.*Update* not long after this review the company contacted me. After a few emails back and forward and a video of what it was doing, the company replaced the unit at no cost to me.... Wonderful customer service, I'm happy with my purchase.

All Plastic crap, hose rewind is terrible
Broke on May 27, 2024 - Leaks internally - No Pressure -Produces slightly more pressure than just putting your thumb over the Water hose. I think its by Toys 'r Us. Great toy for the kids to play with but if you need to really pressure wash anything, buy at least 3500-4200 PSI, not this. I use it for leaf blowing of the driveway, that's about it. It is a TOY.

Value and Quality
Good value and quality for what you’re paying. We purchased and installed this at work for cleaning our trucks, the hose has a good length for washing our whole semi tractor and trailer and it’ll clean almost every surface. We’ve cleaned smooth surfaces to very pour-is surfaces with sand, paint, oil, and diesel fuel. It has great pressure and has helpful tips that change out in seconds.

Great addition to my set-up
I want to give it 5 stars, but there are a few minor inconveniences. I just received it and tested it out momenta before typing this, so i haven't broken it in yet or used it for any jobs. I own a detailing business so I'm always looking for ways to make my shop/trailer more efficient. The 100ft flex hose with a built in reel is a game changer, especially when providing mobile detailing. Now i dont have to worry so much about limited parking! Plenty of reach. Great for dealerships, or home calls where i can only park on the street. Make sure you purchase quick connects or a swivel to maximize the efficiency of the hose. You don't have to fight this hose, but it's even better with a swivel.Sure I could have just bought a retractable reel and a longer hose, but they're expensive, nearly the same price as the lower end models of this pressure washer. I have a smaller electric pressure washer for detailing, which will now serve as a backup unit should this one develop any issues, so that's a plus. The GPM on this unit i believe is 1.5, and the manual states it pushes 2500 Max PSI. For some reason, my smaller Lowe's unit has more vacuum, though it only pushes 1.7 GPM at 1700 PSI, yet it seems the pump can't keep up with it, so it shut tends to stall. The pump i am using is actually more than what i need. I don't seem to have this problem with this unit. It keeps a steady flow. Perhaps I need to change the size of the intake hose for the other unit. My other unit also seems to kick air back in the line when it shuts off, which later causes it to stall from the pockets of air, no matter what i do. This one doesn't have any of those problems!! Steady flow, just make sure to prime it for awhile before running. One thing to note is, the shorter the transfer hose, the more responsive the trigger is, otherwise there's a 1 to 2 second delay between pulling the trigger and spray. Not terrible. If your using it as a stationary unit at home or shop, make sure the feed hose is short. The one included is a bit too short, but you could probably get by with it should you position the unit close to a water outlet.I also like that it's pretty quiet; quite than the other electric unit. The new motor design is excellent. Paired with a quiet inverter generator and you can probably do night jobs without waking everyone. Just kidding. However, you can make it even quieter if you use padding between the mount and the wall reducing vibration. Do the same for your generator. The hose is a soft rubber which dampens vibration as well when touching something.Installing is a bit cumbersome as you can't really see the bracket while you're lifting the unit to mount, and it's a little heavy. I ended up drilling 4 holes down the middle to mount on studs in my trailer, then using smaller screws in the slots provided to stabilize the mounting bracket. This is important, as the unit will shake a little when retracting the hose too quickly.Speaking of retracting, the spring seems a little weak, and I worry it won't last very long. Not sure, but towards the end of the hose once it's nearly fully retracted, it seems you lose the tension prematurely when you have about 5 to 10 ft of hose left. Sometimes, with retractable reels, you can pull the hose all the way out, or disconnect it completely, and wind the spring a few additional turns for more tension. Not sure if it's possible with this unit or not. I shall try at a later time.I don't like that the gun holder is in the back of the unit; super inconvenient. I wont be using the gun anyway since i have a snubby so no big deal. The foam dispenser holder isn't terribly placed since it's a small bottle. Probably wont be using that either unless my other ones break. Can't speak on its performance as i hadnt tested it prior to this review. Other videos show its ok. Other than that, as far as design, i like that it's rather compact and takes up little room, making it great for enclosed trailer set ups.The biggest issue I have is the power consumption. Pulls 1800W which equates to about 15A on 120V, which is more than my 2000W super quiet inverter generator can handle, so I have to upgrade my generator. Total bummer.Overall, I'm satisfied.

Great product for the price!
Purchased and keep my expectations inline with the price. We own higher end and heated pressure washers but again they are thousands more. This unit works as expected and is plenty for the average homeowner, detailer, light industrial. We use it primarily to wash vehicles and the retractable hose is awesome and durable. Our original unit had a problem and they worked with us and resolved the issue quickly. Standing by their products was truly appreciated. Would recommend if you’re looking for unit without breaking the bank!

After two years ownership.
I have had it two years with minimal use. Hose will not retract back. Hose is small and pressure does not feel is as advertised. I wanted this to work and thought it was a good idea. Unfortunately the quality does not hold up. You would think more thought would have been placed into longevity with it being made to keep outdoors. Pretty disappointed.

Lost it's use as a pressure washer within a year
I'm not sure if the motor went out cuz it's still turning on and off, but I've only had it for around a year and it's already lost it's use as a pressure washer. There isn't any pressure left. It had good cleaning power starting off, and with a brushless motor, I expected the longevity to be much better. I don't remember if there was a warranty option or not, but it makes sense to not have one if this company knows their product won't last long. You can't easily get with Customer service either, which I'm guessing is by design.

Great for in my shop
Bought this for washing vehicles in my shop. Love the retractable soft hose. Wall mounted makes this a quick use washer. Way better than messing around with a typical washer.Keep in mind this is a lower psi washer, however for my intended use it is perfect. Wand trigger is a little cheesy, so we'll see how that holds up. Overall solid buy.
