Outstanding product from an outstanding seller
I love The Big Bang Theory and loved the tissue box used on set. I found this gem which nails the appearance I wanted, and considered it for a while as it's quite expensive. The first one I ordered went off on an adventure (probably a quantum escapade to another dimension!) and the seller was amazingly fast at sending me a replacement without hesitation. The size is perfect for a range of tissues, it's super easy to change them over as the base has sturdy magnets holding it firmly in place. The materials are good quality, and when you experience a vile cold it's ease of use as you desperately grab a tissue is great. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Totally

Why did you choose this product over others?: Seen it on the Big Bang theory and as a fan could not resist this purchase.

Bazinga!
Well, my tissue box arrived today, and I have to say I'm very impressed. This is the closest you can get to the one in TBBT, and is miles better than the fabric ones on the market. If you're after a carbon copy of the one in TBBT, look elsewhere, however I would strongly recommend this product. The construction is a little weak, as one of the edges to my box has a crack along the glue-line. For some, this would be reason to slate the product, however I know a small amount of glue will fix this, and due to the fracture being there, I now know exactly how fragile this product would be if it were dropped! Basically, don't drop it!!! The base is held in place by four magnets, an elegant solution. Some have said that this is a weak point in the design, and it won't hold a box of tissues in due to their weight. All I can suggest is try rotating the base inside the box, as the magnets may be oposing each other resulting in weakness - mine's quite solid. This product is quite pricey, and is a total luxury. If you can deal with that, you will love this tissue box!

Looks cool but question mark over the construction
What I like 1. Cool looking item especially if you are a certain age and also a geek 2. Novel way to hide boring tissue boxes 3. Magnetic base functions well. Just strong enough to stop the box falling out but easy enough to access when you need to replace the empty tissue box 4. The protective transparent layers to prevent scratches What I didn't like... 1. Whilst I am grateful for the protective layers, they do recommend you remove them to show the full colour of the squares and there are 45 of them which was fiddly and time consuming 2. There is one edge of the cube where the join is and on my copy at least it is not glued all the way along the seam. It is therefore possible to slightly pull apart 2 of the sides from the bottom. I don't know if this is intentional or not but it does make me nervous about handling it too much. It shouldn't be a problem if treated with respect but if you are clumsy or have small children in the house I imagine it could get broken fairly easily 3. I think £20 is about £5 too much especially given the construction issue mentioned above

Direttamente dal salotto di Sheldon e Leonard - Fantastico - Aldilà della passione per la serie tv (The big bang theory) è un oggetto utilissimo e carino da tenere in giro per casa. Materiale robusto, lucido. Dopo tre anni di utilizzo è ancora in perfette condizioni.

We bought this for our son who has 'mastered' using a real Rubik's cube. It's a cool little tissue box, exactly as per the description, our adult son loved it. Would I recommend to you? Definitely be assured that it's good quality, does what the description says, and the nerd in your life will love it.

I ordered this for my son's 16th birthday to sit on his desk. He was really thrilled to get it - it looks similar to the tissue box that is on Big Bang Theory that he loves watching (except this box is plastic and really sturdy!). The bottom is flat with a hole in the middle to allow a finger hold and held into place with magnets. We've been able to carry the box and move it and the bottom has never fallen off; so they're pretty decent magnets. The only pain point was removing all of the individual clear plastic protective covering on each square. We appreciated that there was so much care taken to protect the finish of the cube and it is flawless, shiny, and beautiful. It's exactly what we wanted. VERY happy with this purchase, it's definitely a conversation piece. No issues with pulling tissue up through the hole, tissue doesn't rip. I saw that on another review, and we've never had that happen. I think if you pull straight up, there won't be an issue, I wouldn't pull the tissue out sideways.
