Zippo Classic

Iconic and durable. Elegant in its way. I plan to let it age naturally rather than obsessing over finger marks and nightly polishing. Properly looked after, these just keep going and going. Very tactile and pleasing proportions. Based on the ‘golden ratio,’ isn’t it? Certainly fun to play about with. Famous ‘clink’ of lid is spot on.I don’t smoke. Just collect on rare occasion.Zippos have a renowned warranty. Some people worry about about fluid evaporation. There are things to slow that; have a look around online. Or, try this as it helps a bit:-Made a cardboard and duct tape slipcase for it. Bit of trial and error to get a good snug fit, but worth the modest effort as the homemade slipcase will give reasonable protection from scratch and dent damage and seems to noticeably prolong times between refills. Only takes a few minutes, and it certainly is economical.These are wind proof. Be careful about dropping it when lit, as it will stay lit until you click the lid shut.Use proper Zippo fuel for it as it burns cleanly without any bad odour.Very good service and delivery!

This lighter lived up to my expectations during a lengthy road/camping trip and was used daily to light fires, gas cooker etc. I am not a smoker but I guess for everyday use it’s also a nice product. The only thing is that the brass will get a lot of patina quickly. The first scratch hurts, but then as more and more marks appear it’s becoming beautiful and has a story of its own to tell. Very happy overall.

I had not had a Zippo for along time and realised what a great piece of kit Zippos are. The packaging/presentation box is as it was 20 years ago and the Zippo is as reliable as ever. They are a timeless piece of kit albeit I should not be smoking anymore. Go old Skool and get a Zippo!

Classic, quality "windproof" lighter, Made in USA, to be had for only £13. A must have.As others have said here, it does not have the engraving (at least the one I received).The finish is quite "fragile" and prone to wear very easily, for this reason I have given it a 4/5, other than that, it is as advertised.Would recommend, and maybe buy along with a bottle or so of the lighter fluid, which it doesn't come with.

I love Zippo lighters and have a small collection for different occasionsI wanted a Brass Zippo to carry every day.Brass has Germicidal and antimicrobial properties which has been known for centuries.In this current climate I have a brass bullet space pen and a Brass handy Dolphin for opening doors, key pads etc and I wanted a brass Zippo light to carry every day.

Beautiful lighter with an easily adjustable flame. Only downside (a very minor one at that) is that the faces of the lighter are brushed brass, but the top, bottom and sides are polished. Surprisingly resistant to fingerprint marks as long as you don't have greasy or oily hands. It's easy to clean, the wipe it with a cloth, such as your shirt.

im honestly to lazy to bust my camera out for it but the flame is quite long for anyone who wants to know and ofc the pristine quality of the zippo brand is carried nicely. The lighter is functional, pretty, and most of all just feels real damn nice to use!

Maybe I didn’t read the description close enough but just so we are clear it is NOT HAMMERTONE….it is a sticker placed in one side of the lighter. Maybe read all of description before you buy this.
