Im not sure but I don't think that's it's intended purpose. I know there are vitamin K creams that are supposed to be more effective on spider veins in the face.

Yes, I would say that could be used on the face. It is gentle and doesn’t feel chemically on the skin. As with most things, I’d stay away from the eyes. Make use of the soft little brush that comes on the bottle, it feels really nice on the skin!

How long do use massage it onto the vein for ?

Until the cream no longer showing not maybe 2 to 3 minutes

What is the expiration date?

There isn’t an expiration date stamped on the product but they are sealed.
