GC Tooth Mousse Mint

Quite expensive for such a tiny tube! Hopefully it’s worth the price. It’s easy to use and tastes quite pleasant, it leaves my mouth feeling refreshed and has a mild mint flavour. I did notice my teeth felt smoother even after just 1 use. I’ve only give 4 stars because of the price and amount of product you get.

I was suffering from a number of dental issues recently before finding this product, which are linked to an autoimmune condition. Most visibly, my teeth were struggling with demineralisation, particularly my front teeth but this was also visible in patches on my premolars, which were turning clear. Obviously I was incredibly upset, so I purchased this mousse to use in conjunction with Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste (which I was already using) and began taking Cod Liver Oil with vitamin A, a B multi vitamin, vitamin D in a high dose, K2 and calcium, magnesium and zinc. I use the tooth mousse twice a day: once in the morning after brushing by just rubbing a small amount in to the teeth and again at night, in a tray on both top and bottom teeth. I can't guarantee it is just the mousse that has had an impact, but within just two months of using, my teeth are completely different, with the transparency visibly filling in and my teeth returning to their usual white. I also had some small smooth surface cavities on my back molars which are becoming far less noticeable, as well as some early stage pitting on one of my back molars which is no longer causing me any bother. As this product is in direct contact with the surfaces of my teeth, I believe a lot of the repairs are down to this mousse rather than the vitamins at this stage, as they are such an early introduction to my diet. Has it fixed everything? No, but after two months of use I am far, far happier with the way my teeth are looking and would recommend it to anyone who has noticed demineralisation in their teeth!

I have very sensitive gums which can be painful especially in cold weather, whitening etc. This product was recommended by my dentist and is been fantastic would highly recommend to anybody with sensitive teeth.

Dentist did recommend this to me for sensitivity pain. I use it with custom upper and lower trays so it stays on well throughout the night. It does run quite a bit as consistency is thinner than toothpaste. It took about 4-5 days before I noticed any pain reduction. This compares to one day for Colgate Instant Relief. However, there are supposedly other benefits like rebuilding the enamel etc, so I have kept using this so far for about a month. Have not yet noticed any major difference in the appearance of my teeth.

Very good whilst doing tooth whitening treatment at home from the dentist. Very small tube though and expensive. Hence 4 stars.

Comme la notice l'indique (mais en anglais seulement- il n'y a pas de traduction française) il ne s'agit pas du tout d'un produit pour se laver le dents, mais plutôt d'un produit pour consolider l'émail des dents. Cela semble assez efficace, car j'avais une sensibilité sur une dent, quand je buvais des boissons chaudes, et au bout de 10 jours d'applications régulière cette sensibilité a nettement diminuée. Pour ceux qui ne lisent pas l'anglais, il faut appliquer cette crème sur les dents que vous voulez protéger, après avoir le plus possible séché les dents en questions, en évitant le plus possible le contact avec la salive, puis conserver sans se rincer' la bouche, le produit.
