Nothing Beats a Warm and Delicious Bowl of Soup!
I have bought Stephanie's earlier Nutribullet books: Smoothie Recipes the Spiralizer Recipes and I bought the third one one: Low Carb Nutribullet Soup Recipe Book. This time I knew what to expect, and I am glad to say Stephanie has provided the same quality content again: simple to follow and easy to prepare recipe instructions. She cuts to the chase and moves to the next recipe the same as in her earlier books. The surprise this time was the Nutribullet can be used to make soups. I didn't even expect this because I thought making smoothies and spiralizing vegetables were all it, and more to the point I, could do. But it turns out the soup recipes are as handy as the smoothie ones and not that difficult to prepare. Yes, it may take a bit more time, but hey, nothing beats the taste of a warm and delicious bowl of soup, especially now in the winter. The book content is laid out again in a simple and easy to follow format. The low carb Nutribullet soup recipe options are plentiful and original. They are put together to appeal to different tastes and types of food, and to people leading different types of lifestyle. Now, call me vain again, but I'm still trying to keep up with my quest to be slim and lose weight and lately I have gone into low sugar and low carb approach diet. And with a good choice of good and tasty soups I can prepare fast I can keep the bad sugars at bay.I will keep trying different low carb nutribullet soup recipes from Stephanie's book and as usual, will select five or six favourites of mine which I'll cook on a regular basis.I know there may be other nutribullet soup recipes books out there; I don't want to know. Stephanie has delivered a simple and easy to use book again.Go and buy the book and you will be glad you did.

Must buy for soup lovers
So a couple days ago I received my new soup bible,First off delivery was fast and had no complaints (Love my prime membership)When the book arrived I wasn't sure what to expect but need a few new soup recipes as my daughter (18 months old) loves her soup and it is a great way of getting her to eat a vast array of vegetables. The book is great and there are some amazing recipes in here. I like how there is a bit of information supporting the various chapters and how it can help you (I come from a nutrition in sport background so I can appreciate what has been done). There are a huge amount of different recipes that have different benefits and this is great for what we need. Personally I double/ triple the amounts to batch make them and freeze a lot to sort out my meals for the week. The only thing the book is lacking would probably be some pictures (know the soup is coming out the right colour?) but hey, soup is soup.In short I love this book and can't wait to try more of the delicious recipes.

NOT Nutribullet just a blender
I bought this book thinking it would be specifically for making soup ONLY in my Nutribullet. I have the RX model which makes soup from scratch. It's great! There are some great recipes in it but I think calling it a "Nutribullet soup recipe book" is a misleading marketing ploy.Anyway, seeing as the "normal" Nutribullet can't "Make" soup, it can only blend it once you've cooked it in a pan...which ANY blender can do, I thought this would be for the NutribulletRX. It isn't. It's just soup recipes that can be made traditionally and blended in ANY blender.

Wow - I love this book
Wow - I love this book. It gives some great information at the front about the health benefits of the soups as well as tips for using your nutribullet. The recipes are then sorted into health benefits:Healthy HeartDetoxifictaionWeight lossHealthy skinEnergy BoostAnti-agingSuperfoods.The recipes are clearly laid out and its really helpful that the ingredients are listed in cups and grams. So many delicious recipes - I still have lots to try! I would by this book.Disclosure: I was given this book to review but my review is my honest reflection of the book.

Rip-off
Misleading - I had thought ingredients would be blitzed prior to cooking/heating to retain vitamins - by the nutribullet is just being used as a blender.Contains nothing new; printing error on one recipe - lists peas twice, just different weights.

My Favourite NutriBullet Soup Recipe Book!
have the first book by Stephanie and had no second thoughts about getting this one: Nutribullet Soup Recipe Book: Low Carb Nutribullet Soup Recipes for Weight Loss, Detox, and Anti-Aging.I like the variety of meat and non-meat recipes. My favourite to make would be White Kidney Bean Soup and can't wait to make it! I'm curious now as to what other recipe ideas Stephanie can find to make the most of the Nutribullet.I rate mostly the simplicity and the ease of preparation of these soup recipes. I don't mind at all the lack of pictures one of the reviewers mentioned earlier.Highly recommended book. For who has time nowadays for complicated and hugely expensive recipe books?
