The spatula head is 7" long and 4" wide at the top.

I see the blade flexes. Is it soft/squishy or firm?

It is somewhat soft but still firm. You have to bend it, it will not bend on its own without you applying a bit of pressure. It doesn't take much pressure to bend it. It is not a hard plastic.

What temperature are these safe to?

It is safe to use up to 600 degrees.

Would this be good for stir frying in a wok?

I would not buy this for a stir fry as it has a bad balance - the flip is long and bendy and awkward. We found it pretty unusable and I would just go with a normal flip or tongs
