The clasp on the back of this necklace is not quick release and is very tough, so if a baby was to pull on it it will hurt a lot. The charm itself is decent enough, good for chewing and squishing in your hands.

My son has SEN and loves having things in his mouth - pens, rubbers, bits of paper - you name it - he’s tried to chew it at some point!I bought this and it’s been really good for him. He can wear it like a necklace, and the cord pulls apart, so it’s not going to choke him. He’s 9 and has a strong bite, but he’s not dented or broken the material and we’ve had it for months now.I don’t have to worry about him putting it down and it getting dirty. It’s easy to clean and he is very happy with the chew that he gets from it.Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a child that needs that chew feedback.

My son age nine loves this necklace. I ordered it in light blue with a black cord but it came with a light blue cord which makes it less subtle. So far he has not left any chew marks in it but he has only had it for two days (he does have his adult front teeth). On the whole very pleased.

I like the product. Its very good quality tho as an Autistic adult with anxiety I find this product to chunky to chew discreetly. So one improvement I would suggest is to make this product a bit thinner so it's better to chew. But apart from that great.

It's really tough and a great colour. I use it to stop myself chewing my nails and pens whilst I am focused. As an autistic it helps me self regulate without disturbing others with other big stims like leg bouncing or flapping.

I absolutely love it, very tough I can't bite any bits off and I've been chewing it constantly for days, if you need something tougher than the soft ones I'd highly recommend this one it's very durable and comfortable to wear

I brought this for my 4 year old nephew who is autistic, when he get's anxious he likes to chew on his jacket or top's and also uses his dummy still as a comforter, so the idea of this was to give him something to chew or and play with if he get's tired or anxious. Overall I am pleased with it, the size is nice and chunky so it will fit into his mouth but it's way to big for him to swallow or put it all into his mouth, the colour is vivid and it has a nice smooth texture if someone like's tactile touch. The one big downside I found for which I removed two stars was the quick release tab on the lanyard, it was not quick release at all, I put it around my neck and had to pull so hard it actually marked the back of my neck, I know the idea is that if a child was to 'hook' themselves via it it would detach however we really had to put some weight onto it before the clasp would release. We are going to try to loosen the clasp a little but it was not as quick release as we would have liked for younger children.
