Is the bucket dishwasher safe?

I've placed the plastic insert and the rubber molds in our dishwasher and haven't had any issues or degradation of the materials.

Where is a water level line?

On the inside there is a vertical line near the top bout an inch long, hard to see easy to feel, fill water to bottom of that line

Why have I suddenly starting small air bubbles in my ice balls?

Small air bubbles can occur with distilled water or reverse osmosis. Regular tap water is best.

how long does it take to freeze?

The freezing time for our Clear Sphere Ice Duo can vary depending on your freezer and its settings. Typically, it takes around 24 hours for the ice to fully freeze in the molds. Regarding our "Duo" product, it generally has a shorter freezing time compared to the larger model the "Quad". However, please note that the exact duration still depends on your freezer's performance and settings. The bigger model does take a bit longer due to its larger size.
