One of most useful supplements
Although D3+K2 supplementation is a controversial issue, these will help to avoid sun burn and develop tan quickly when going on holidays. Plant eaters may also need this due to obvious reasons. The controversy about these supplements is due to serum D3 level being a marker of general metabolic health rather than a magic bullet against disease. This is to say that one is better protected if serum D3 is high without supplements and excessive sun exposure, than if this level was boosted with pills.Take it with a couple of soft boiled eggs for better absorption, and without any carbs, which would push D3 straight into one's fat store due to insulin spike. The pill contains unhealthy ingredients including fillers and coconut oil, but their overall amount is small to have any impact. It smells K2, which is normal.

Although this company is called Oxford Organic, this is confusing..
I'm sure that this is a perfectly good product, but because there was nothing on the packaging to say that the ingredients are organic, I contacted the company. They were very helpful in their reply. Here is a quote from their email:"Indeed not all our formulas are fully organic - we would love to use all organic and natural ingredients exclusively, but this is not always possible."I find this statement fine as far as it goes, but slightly confusing because it's natural to assume that all the ingredients are organic, especially with a company name like Oxford Organics. Maybe it would be clearer if the description on the packaging listed the ingredients, stating which, and which were not, organic
