The adapter works as expected and looks good. Some cables click in and retain just fine (including Anker cables and original Steam Deck charger), though I do have a cheap cable that comes loose (could be manufacturing tolerances on both this adapter and the cable). From other reviews it sounds like JSAUX could improve this, however I think this would put too much stress on the port if it was too tight (which likely would be the case with my snug cables), otherwise you would have to pull off the adapter to safely remove a cable. The male side of the adapter fits just fine in the Steam Deck port. The case I have on my Steam Deck is a JSAUX Kickstand Case PC0105, and as you can see from the pictures it fits great. Display port over USB works just fine. Only thing I would be concerned about is pulling the cable away from the device it is plugged into, it will not pull out but instead could break the port. That being said, just be mindful, this is just the nature of 180 degree adapter design, so no points against JSAUX. I primarily bought this for strain relief when charging my Deck while using it.

The USB-C U turn adapter is worth this set. the USB-A adapter is a nice addon, allowing quick easy access to a flash drive or usb mouse/keyboard without having to get out a dock. However, the USB-A port is just a little too tight to fit all flash drives easily. I had to shave the short sides of the socket with a knife before one of my flash drives would plug in. otherwise, I'm happy with these.

Purchased this for my RoG Ally, since the USBC port is at the top, and I was worried about stress wearing it down over time. These work PERFECTLY. The fit around the body of the Ally without putting stress on the port, and fit securely. Probably the best thing I've purchased for the Ally, in terms of helping the device last longer. A must buy if you own one.

I bought these adapters to use on my Steam Deck, I hated how the charge cable on the deck is at the top of it. With these adapters your able to point the Decks cable down the back making it easier and more convenient to charge the deck when in use. The connection between the adapter and the Steam Deck is great, I have not had any problems with it at all. The size of the adapter and the way it hugs the deck is perfect. I have bought these adapters a couple of times and would buy them again.

When it's connected to the charger for the steam deck it works just fine but the second I connect it to my Anker dock for the steam deck it does nothing. No power, no data. I've had it replaced with a new one but I'm still having the same issue. I was really hoping to use this with my dock because it puts a lot less stress on the port than a 90 degree connector

I don't write product reviews nearly as often as I should, but this is such a great fix to an ongoing problem. I'd been having a lot of trouble with a loose power cable. Steam Deck power port has some wiggle room and it didn't play well with the power cable that I was using, that I liked because it has a power display. It would charge fine when left alone, but when playing and charging, it would often dip very low and a "slow charger" message would disrupt my gaming. This thing fixed it perfectly. The adapter stays firm and maintains a connection with the power cable. Now I can play while charging without disruption, and it even keeps the power cord out of my way. #1 Steam Deck accessory, IMO.

Fonctionne très bien pour une steam deck, par contre ne fonctionne plus si la steam deck a une coque Killswitch. il mériterai d'avoir une rallonge de 5mm au niveau de la connectique mâle pour qu'elle puisse s'adapter a toute les coques.

Works well and fits nicely. You can put the unit down unlike the 90* connector. Not dock or stand friendly though.

Low quality and poor design that makes it useless for legion go. The inner side plastic casing has an angle that stops it from sliding all the way on the legion go, but fits too loosely on the ROG Ally and AllyX
