This a great walker and I would highly recommend. It works great. Love the height adjustment, was super easy to put together, and manoeuvres easily. It is light weight and folds up effortlessly. Also love that the storage bag comes off easily. The only thing I wish is that the seat was a little deeper and that the backrest could be adjustable. It would be difficult for me to lean back that far with the seat being so narrow. I love the accessories on it (cup/phone holder and cane/umbrella holder). A lot of people had questions on locking the brakes…simply push the brake handles down to lock and then back up to unlock. (See photos). The only problem I had with assembly was tightening the screws on the back rest but I posted a question on this and received a quick response from the seller, which I will post here for anyone else ordering this item. Q: How do you tighten the screws to lock the back rest on? Can't even tell what kind of screwdriver you use as you can't see the screws. They answered: "Thank you for reaching out! After testing by our engineers, we've confirmed that the backrest does not require additional screws to stay securely in place—it simply clicks into position. Because of this, the factory stopped including backrest screws for orders shipped after June this year. We'll also be updating our instruction manual to reflect this change. Please let us know if you have any further questions!"

This is a very helpful rollator. I love this. I have neurological issues, and I have a hard time walking and lose my balance quite often. I just put this together and went for a walk. It felt very sturdy, and I felt quite secure. I tire easily and it makes a very comfy seat and back rest if I need to stop. It's adjustable to fit different people, short and tall. It's awesome. I love that it has the handy bag, and the cup holder and phone holder is great. It's fairly easy to put together, and was in perfect condition inside the box. It arrived in only 2 days. It's light enough that I can lift it. It folds with ease. Now I believe I can meet my goal of going for more frequent walks. This is very good and seems sturdy. I think it's a great value for the price.

I purchased this walker for my stepdad. He likes the color, he was able to put together himself, it's a snap and go, easy instructions but not necessary. The bag that comes with it is interesting because you can detach it and use it on it's own and it comes with a strap. The handles are adjustable and the grip is comfortable for the hands. The foldability is easy to pull with one hand shaky or not, good to store anywhere because it is slim. The breaks work well and the wheels are big enough for the snow and wide enough so you don't trip while walking. The backing and seat is supportive as well. Well worth the price. This walker is well made and good quality. It is solid enough that I feel absolutely safe using it but not so heavy as to be cumbersome. It folds by bringing the two sides together, make it easy to store without taking up too much room. It is quite comfortable for short periods of sitting and support my back well. It includes a faster for a cane or umbrella. The absolute only downside to this product, that I have found, was the extremely cheap and awkward cup holder that. It is not very secure and gets knocked off fairly easily so if this is a must-have I would strongly suggest ordering an alternate holder to use with this walker. Such a minor thing for all it's great features I had to still give it 5 stars.
