Exceptionally well written, especially considering how much information is packed into this relatively small book. While other texts might dig deeper in some areas, this book provides a very strong introduction without unnecessarily complex deviation.

Great book! It's easy to read and takes you from the theory into practice. Great examples and the author helps you get setup. One of the best tech books I've read in a long time.

would give 5 stars if there were Unit tests.

Written in a style that is easy to understand, and the depth of topics is very appropriate for introductory and immediate level. I learned alot from this book.

Read 2 chapters into it so far. The language the author uses is easy to understand. The content covered so far is good. I've been doing Spring development for about a year so I'm still pretty new.The only reason I took off a star was because the formatting for the kindle version is a little jacked up. I've attached some sample images.FYI - I'm reading it via amazon cloud reader and tried multiple font sizes/one vs two columns. Not sure if it's different on an actual kindle.UPDATE 1: Chapter 3 is pretty hard to read in kindle version, reduced star rating. I've also noticed the kindle version is no longer available as of this posting. Glad it was only $10 instead of full price.

Aborda los temas de manera sencilla y practica, ademas de que da una introducción sobre micro servicios muy pragmática y que no esta demás observarla como una referencia incluso independientemente del lenguaje o tecnologías a usar, lo cual siempre se agradece.La forma como aborda las tecnologías que rodean a spring para micro servicios es realmente útil, quizá la única desventaja es que esta centrado únicamente en las tecnologías que desarrollo una compañía streaming de películas y series bajo demanda muy conocida, por lo que el lector esta advertido que es específicamente para usar estas tecnologías.La calidad del libro físico es aceptable, la pasta y las hojas son de mediana calidad, hay que tomar las medidas de cuidados que deberíamos tener con todos los libros y de esa manera no debería haber ningún tipo de problema al respectoEn general el libro es ampliamente recomendado

ottimo libro, si legge facilmente. Man mano che prosegue nella lettura, quello che all'inizio poteva sembra un qualcosa di oscuro e misterioso, diventa tutto più limpido e facilmente realizzabile. Io sono partito da zero e per me il cloud era un'entità del tutto astratta. Dopo pochi giorni, immerso nella lettura, ne sono uscito finalmente con nuove certezze.

Highly recommend this to anyone learning about microservices from scratch has enough hands on exercises to learn the concepts also section on deploying to AWS. Theory is well explained especially circuit breaker pattern. Highly recommended for freshers on microservices.

Ich mag Spring Boot und will in das Thema Microservices etwas tiefer einsteigen, deshalb habe ich mir dieses Buch zugelegt.Es beinhaltet genau die richtige Mischung aus Theorie und Codebeispielen - schon allein die Einleitung, in der die relevanten Patterns vorgestellt werden, ist den Kauf wert. Die Präsentation ist wirklich gut: Schlüssige Diagramme, immer wieder werden separat Hintergründe erläutert und der Schreibstil ist für ein IT Buch bemerkenswert gut. Dabei bleibt der Autor nicht auf einem abstrakten Niveau, die Themen können tatsächlich eingesetzt werden.Für mich wirklich eines der besten IT-Bücher - das Lesen macht tatsächlich Spaß!P.S.: Die Möglichkeit, sich nach dem Kauf das E-Book bei Manning herunterzuladen (in mehreren Formaten), ist natürlich auch extrem praktisch.
