Q: how much sugar is in this juice?

There is no added sugar, it's 100% tart cherry juice. Unfortunately the carbohydrate/sugar content isn't listed, but I believe 100% tart cherry juice naturally contains about 2-3g of sugars per 1oz generally. Sorry I can't be of more help!

Q: What other ingredients are in the bottle, such as sorbitol, sorbates etc

On the label the ingredients list is…100%concentrated Montmorency Cherry juice,. Preservative:Potassium Sorbate

Q: Can anyone please confirm the mix directions? The bottle and Amazon say 30ml (2 tablespoons) but 2 tablespoons is only around 10ml?

Two tablespoons is 29.57ml so they are correct. Two teaspoons is 9.85 ml.
