easy fix
Best purchase to use in almira/ cupboards that does not come with a lock. Easy Installation.

Stopped working now cannot open cabinet
I bought 4 of these for my cabinets. Lock mechanism suddenly stopped working on one of them. When the card is tapped it makes a funny noise which sounds like the latch cannot open. Had to break cabinet door in order to access.

Need to be capable of a bit of DIY
This is an excellent sturdy lock but you do need to be able to measure accurately to get it to work / fit snugly. If you can put up shelves etc you'll be fine but if you're not confident with a screwdriver and tape measure you may struggle and need help. It is an excellent bit of kit though.

Good strong lock, a little awkward to fit
Its a great little lock, nice and sturdy, however unless you are competent in DIY then this can be slightly awkward to install. After a little bit of moving and adjusting it fit nicely and discreetly on our medications cupboard instead of a conventional key lock.

Great explanation
Súper accurate, great, precise and clear explanation, the best in Amazon and real. Most other sellers are saying it's 4 AA batteries when in reality is 4AAA batteries. An add up to the product installation is when installing it first install the locker in the door then attach the latch in the locker and put double side sellotape to the latch. Close the door and unlock the ABS body, open the door and by now the latch should be attached to where it is supposed to be just screw it and that's it.

This is a lifesaver. I can hide my passports and important documents without worrying about them being taken. It's like an "on the budget safe"-it's perfect, and I totally recommend it.

this RFID lock does not work on metal doors the metal must Block the reading some how. this works great threw wood like at most 2 inch thick of wood I was able to scan threw.
