Coty Loose Face Powder, Translucent Extra Coverage, 0.35g

This stuff smells like an old lady but I still buy it because it's simply the best powder out there. That should speak volumes on its own 🤣 The smell isn't strong and goes away over time, I promise. It's the BEST talc free powder out there, most of them leave you cakey and looking wrinkly even if you don't have any. I guess talc helps smooth you out, but somehow this one is great even without the talc. This leaves you smooth and soft matte, it's not a super drying matte and keeps your makeup in place. Personally I take out the plastic part that has holes in it so I can get more powder out at once. You can't beat the price either! Coty if you're reading this, PLEASE MAKE A SCENT FREE VERSION!!! 💕

I remember back in the late 60's and early 70's sneaking into my mom's make-up drawer in the bathroom to use this same powder. I have been using the original for years, and never really minded the smell since it goes away once applied. This is first time using the talc-free translucent formula. The smell is lighter- a bit citrus or lemon scent, but the coverage is what made the biggest impression. I am not wrinkly nor scarred, but habits of a lifetime of not wanting to be shiny or blotchy make me so happy this provides an even, matte and bright pearly finish. I have found the pads from the old container are much better than the sponge pads so I just wash them and reuse.... UPDATE: 6/19/25 for me this powder still looks beautiful, but I started noticing a grainy texture to my face and little hard bumps that I never had before, then followed by some painful red patches, that have persisted. I did a bit of research of discussions on this new formula with many preferring the original, and though I am still not sure it was this powder, it is the only thing in my simple make up process for decades that is different, and I'm not really liking other brands so I will be ordering the original formula.

I absolutely love this loose powder! It sets my makeup beautifully without feeling heavy or cakey. The translucent shade works perfectly with my skin tone and gives such a smooth, soft finish. I use the translucent 070-24.

I was looking for an affordable powder for everyday wear and gave this one a shot. I'm happy with it! It is a light coverage over my bb cream, smells good, and doesn't get cakey. Good product for everyday use that doesn't hurt the wallet.

I love this powder. It’s very lightweight. Does have a light smell to it which could make somebody not want it. It reminds me of my grandma lol but other than that, I do love the product and it works great. It comes with a little compact pad, which makes it easy to use as well

You won’t ever go to another loose powder again! It is talc free and it keeps me matte all day and makeup in place. So so affordable so it’s a double win.
