Love love this product for my edc keychain setup. I use this with a small Swiss Army knife and love the fact that it can quickly detach for use. Quality seems to be very good as I have tried to yank each nd and failed. I admit it is a little pricey but it’s worth it. It fits small to regular key ring and I was able to put couple small edc items on it fine.

These quick-release types are amazing, where they don't fall and have a VERY strong hold. Expect your belt loops to rip off if your key gets stuck on a bench. Not like I ripped mine but, when I first purchased this, I was browsing through so in my mind, I bought a different product. A type that you just pull off with no release mechanism. So here I am trying to pull these two pieces apart with all my strength and the product not budgeting a single bit. After a good 1~2 minutes of pulling, I noticed I purchased the quick-release mechanism, released by pulling female part of the sleeve and it came off super easily. This type of quick-release mechanism is used in manufacturing, which is my line of work so I knew about these. And rest assured, these types of mechanisms are used for connecting 100psi air supplies to machinery so the connectors don't break to smack an operator in the face. Throw away your magnet and pull-release keyholders. You won't be losing your keys for a lifetime with this, as I say exaggeratedly.Only downside I would say is it isn't easy to use the release system with one hand, so you generally would be using two hands to quickly detach keys. Which definitely is a bummer but at the same time, I would rather have an extra step than take 300 extra steps with costs because you lose your keys.

This quick release key chain exceeded my expectations. It is small and not bulky (what I was looking for) but durable, functional and well engineered. The dark titanium gray color is appealing and not intrusive. The knurled barrel makes it easy to slide up or down when releasing or reattaching the keys. And most importantly, my keys are tightly secured to the key chain and there is no need to worry that the two halves will accidentally separate ending up with lost keys. I am grateful to have found this product and if need be, I would buy another in an instant.

These are pretty durable and perfect for what I needed. They don't feel cheap, but then again, the price is pretty high. Although, I don't know how much titanium costs and I do have some pretty valuable stuff on them so it's better to be safe then sorry and get something that won't break.

It's a nice size and not too heavy. The separation mechanism works really well

I've been using this for about a week. Mine is the little spherical one. My use of this is not for hanging keys, but for hanging a 5.5" solid aluminum kubotan (aka palm stick, a self-defense tool) from a belt loop so that the kubotan hangs free by my right trouser pocket = quickly accessible, not in a pocket. I attach one split ring to the kubotan (it has a large hole in the "non-business" end), one split ring to a small carabiner which clips to my belt loop. A sharp, but easy jerk downward frees the kubotan and it's ready to go. It releases easily enough, but I can tell there's no danger of it releasing without being firmly pulled. It's quite easy to snap it back together again: about the same pressure that one would use to close a snap on an overcoat.One reviewer complained that the item was very small, and too small for his (?) use. That's not the case for me at all. I love its small size. For scale, the length from the top of one split ring to the top (bottom) of the other one is exactly 2.5". Add my carabiner to that length and my kubotan hangs at a perfect spot for me to grab it easily if needed.

This Keychain is Excellent. It is certainly made of a quite Stylish, as well as made of a very strong material. The other advantage is that one can separate a particular key, or set of keys, from another key, or set of other keys at the other end, ie: Car Keys and House Key(s) without having to (perhaps) shut the Car Off. It is a bit prizier, than another similar one I, also purchased, but I do highly recommend this product.

Mr / Mrs manufacturer,Please include rings that don't do this after putting one key on it. Rest of it is nice, flat grey appearance. Detach mechanism works great and feels solid when locked in. I was thinking of buying the titanium rings (17ish bucks) but not if they perform like the ones that came with this set.
