Received a broken item but was taken care of immediately
I received a tig pedal with my tig welder and it didn't work when first hooked up. I contacted Yeswelder and they said no problem we will send you a new one no charge and that I could keep the first one also. The second one showed on the next day and worked as it should. I have used it for more than a year and it has worked flawlessly! I would definitely buy from Yeswelder again and have for helmets and other consumables and have been happy with everything purchased from them.

Awesome product!
This foot pedal is worth the money. It's metal construction and feels very robust. Works amazingly and an absolute MUST HAVE for tig welding. Extremely pleased with the purchase and my only regret is not buying it sooner.

It works- or at least the second one did
As others mentioned, they do not properly seat the strain relief on the cable connectors so that may wear out over time.My first pedal did not work but YesWelder support promptly shipped me a new one.As a beginner welder I have found this to be a very useful addition to my kit. The analog control gives me a much better feel for the weld process and gives some wiggle room to experiment with the right amperage setting. It also makes holding the torch easier since I don't have to hold down the button.

It lasted just slightly longer than the return window.
I was excited to add this to my hobby welding equipment. I got to use it a handful of times before it started making a weird noise and the cord began to separate from the connector. I contacted their customer support and was instructed to “send a video” of the problem. Well, when it comes to faulty electrical equipment, I don’t mess around. The frayed cord and malfunctioning unit was enough proof for me. Disappointed…

Solid Foot Pedal
I have been tig welding for 16 years and have seen some crappy pedals in that time. This pedal from YESWELDER is the exception. Upon opening the box, this pedal has some weight to it and just feels solid, has a nice look, and most importantly, it grips the floor and doesn't just slide around. I have been pretty impressed with this company over the years. have bought many other products from them and will continue to do so.

UPDATE: Customer support was amazing
UPDATE: Yeswelder customer support reached out to me completely unsolicited and gave me a full refund and let me keep the pedal. Which is awesome! They also requested model information to help identity and fix any problems with their product. They appear to genuinely be trying to make a good product through iteration/troubleshooting. I have one of their MIG welders and it's been solid.Original: It allows me to hold the torch in a more comfortable manner without my finger on the button, so I still appreciate it. However it offers no variable control over the amps. It's on or off, that's it.
