Buy sth else or be patient! Upd. Buy something else!
Difficult to install, no detailed instructions. Was updating for like 3 hours after installing. Difficult to adjust. I cannot set the right temperature, cause there is a serious delay. E.g. You see in the app that the temperature is 21 you set 21,5 but after a while it loads properly and you realize the temperature is 22,5... Almost no support from company (they write in Spanish and use google translate?). They replied by sending the link to their site (!) to a very specific question. Would buy other product but it was the only smart thermostat delivering to my country. Please momit hire someone who actually speaks English or just sell your product to Spain only!Upd! It's Xmas and we are freezing for no apparent reason! I set the temperature higher to get warm (22 C) and it is off, although thermostats thermometer shows 21,5 C and the real temperature is 20,5 C.(I have made all the adjustments - forced temperature, hysteresis, no "smart" function etc-. Useless!Upd I threw it away!

Poor support, useless app.
Sadly, Momit have let themselves down with poor customer support and a badly constructed app. One of the main reasons for a smart thermostat is that the linked smartphone app should have geolocation capability - so your heating is off when you're away and comes on as you approach home again. The Momit app should be able to do this but they just can't get the Google Maps API to to work (this is really basic coding for beginners) so the app refuses to recognise any address input. Shame, because otherwise it's a decent bit of kit, but heating for my recycling bin.

company has gone bust.
I bought 3 of these thermostats so I would be able to contol the heating for my elderly mother's house from my phone, wherever I am in the world. It was the only one I could find that didn't need batteries as I was worried that the others, Nest, Hive etc would stop working if the battery went flat and no-one was around to change them. Installation was easy enough, I used a relay to reduce the load for the under-floor heating mats, and they have worked well for a couple of years.Now the company has gone bust, they sent a very apologetic email but although the thermostats are still working, I can no longer control them, so come summer, when I would normally turn them down, I will have to come back to the UK and change them for something else.
