I always use feit electric products because the work well and are suscription free. I bought this doorbell because it is rechargable and can also be install in a doorbell conection so you have the best of both worlds. I also comes with the charger and all the tools you need the only thing it dosen't come with is the sd card. It also comes with the manual in english and another language. You can use it with alexa and google but it has to be an echo or nest to be able to see on the screen who is outside you can also see in the app of feit electronics.

works right out of the box. easy install, quick setup. 3 weeks in, still has 84% battery. and subscription free.one small thing if you have other products by this brand, you either has notifications from all of the cameras, or none of them, I have not figured out a way to limit which camera to received notifications.

Absolute best feature of this doorbell camera is that it has no monthly subscription fee. Camera quality is decent, getting the stream to load is about as quick/frustrating as ring. App UI is actually pretty good.Biggest complaint is the mounting bracket, it is cheap and there is no third party support/knock-offs that sells alternate mounts. Dealt with the battery draining even though we had it wired, took a whole day of troubleshooting to realize it was the bent contact on the mount. Bent it back out and it charged.

My electrician could get it to work with my homes door bell chime system home is only a few years old otherwise works great was surprised that it has to be charged does not have hard wired capability

I upgraded my original Feit door bell camera to this one. Glad I did. Picture quality, sleek, modern design, longer battery life. The only con is unless you have your phone with you, you do not hear when someone rings / presses the button

This is the second replacement Feit Doorbell Camera after the first kept failing to connect to WiFi. This doorbell has extremely slow response times when someone walks up to the door. The app takes forever to answer if someone rings the doorbell and now goes offline and needs to be unscrewed from the cradle and powered off by the switch to reboot the doorbell. I have tried everything and even placed it next to the Gateway Router and still goes offline. When I called for support they blamed the WiFi. But I explained my WiFi is rock solid and I purchased this doorbell since I was impressed with the Feit Floodlight Camera also on the same WiFi network with no issues. I have numerous experience with smart home devices and have tried everything to get this to work reliably and it doesn’t. This camera is a terrible product.

Don't waste your money. The battery failed in my unit 14 months after installation. The unit is sealed and you can not replace the battery. After a conversation with Feit, they will not stand by their product. The warranty is 1 year.

Set up was easy, easy to access, absolutely perfect!
