This worked very good healing my knee after I twisted it very bad when i was tripped. My doctor said it was the perfect brace , it is what he would have told me to purchase. It definitely protects your knee when healing. Sister in law hurt her knee skiing , I told her to get this same one . Her doctor told her it was what he always recommends. Both of our knees have recovered and no surgery needed for either one of us.

Had it for a week now, I tore my meniscus 16 years ago, knee has been very touchy (but functional) ever since. This brace is extremely supportive for me, I'm not getting any twinges of pain and it still provides lots of flexability. Also, it fits well under clothes. As for fit, the sizing chart was PERFECT for me, dead-on accurate. The brace does appear to have a specific top and bottom, so folks who are complaining of the fit might just have it upside down. I did put it on wrong initially and thought "oh no" but then I rotated it, perfect fit.

After a few months I can say I'm happy with the brace. I measured my leg and ordered the one that was within the range of my leg's measurement. If I had to do it again I would probably order the size just below what my leg measured. This will be for two reasons. First reason is accuracy from the manufacturer and the second reason would be some stretching and relaxing occurs after some use.I highly recommend some sort of cotton sleeve underneath as your skin will get itchy. I use an older ace bandage brace that's just a elastic sleeve. It still gets mildly irritated but the support is really good.I have big legs and I'm very tall. Whatever your size try the size just below what your leg measures. If you're on the lower end of the measurement goes down a size if you're on the very very top end of the measurement use that size.

The brace is nice and made professionally but the sizes are way to small to there measurement specs, I literally ordered one size bigger but I need to go two sizes bigger

This brace doesn’t slide down your leg and I’ve played pickleball with it on. Great support and comfort! No chaffing! Used it for months and played pickleball with a torn meniscus.
