Worked for my 2024 VW Taos
My car didn’t not come with the wheel lock key. After I got a flat tire, my dealer wanted me to tow my Taos to the dealership so they can fix it. You would think the car would come with the key, but it didn’t. I think the dealer took it out during a scheduled maintenance visit. Any way, they wouldn’t sell me the wheel lock key so I can swap out the tire myself. I took a chance on buying the 536 key based off the look of the lug nut, and luckily it worked! I’ll be purchasing one more key as a backup. This was a perfect fit and great value.

1 Star – Do Not Buy This Key
Please do not buy this key. It’s okay if your wheel lock was tightened by hand, but if you need to apply any real torque to remove the lock, this key will fail. The inner metal is extremely soft—some kind of composite instead of hardened steel—and it just deforms under pressure. Most shops over-tighten wheel locks, so you’ll likely need serious torque to remove them, and this key won’t hold up. You’re better off getting an OEM replacement or an extraction kit. This is not a high-quality tool, and it will ruin your lock and waste your time.

Got the job done for me
Not great quality, started to cam out on the last wheel lock. I went slow and easy and it got the job done. I threw out the locking lug bolts after and replaced with regular ones. I wouldn't suggest using this for any other purpose besides getting the bolts out once.

Did the job
I needed to get wheel locks off a Volkswagen and the local Volkswagen dealer wasn't an option so I went searching and found this. It got the wheel locks off without damaging the wheel lock or being damaged itself. Pretty sure it would outlast the key that originally came with the wheel lock set. It fits very tight in the lock pattern, which is exactly what you want, but it does make it a little more difficult to get it in place. Overall, I'd order again if I ever need another one.
