Upgrade your old BOSE systems.
I used this to upgrade my old 32 pin BOSE speaker to the new Lightening fitting along with an adaptor. It took all of 5mins to do, and meant a great piece of kit wasn’t thrown out and I didn’t have the expense of replacing it.

Good value
On the downside this is just a cheap bit of plastic, presumably made on a 3D printer, and the back that holds the phone looks like it won't last too long. Certainly not as robust as the metal version that I bought a few years ago.On the upside this really is cheap. It costs 1/5th of the price I paid for the metal version, and this is available whilst the metal one is not. It fits perfectly in the Apple docking station that I'm using it in, and it actually looks very good.On balance I'm really happy with it, so much so that I'm going to order another one.

Product OK, but didn’t need due to other faulty goods. £3.99 to return it. Disgraceful.
Product OK but the connector I ordered with it didn’t work so this is a waste. The connector cannot be returned and I have to pay £3.99 to return this £7 product. Disgraceful. Not worth the time and energy to return it. Come on Amazon. You can do better than this. I ordered on your recommendation.

Good product, well priced
This makes the appearance look a lot more professional, wish it was a bit wider

Fit for the job
Perfectly sound purchase. Adequately supports an iPhone 6+ with leather wallet case attached, and an iPod 7th generation with a silicon armour suround. The product deserves a five-star review, and is adequate for the job. What is less satisfactory is the support given by the Lightening eight-pin connector. This arrangement is less stable than say a iPod 5th generation with 30-pin connector and the appropriate dock template. You will need to be careful about knocking sideways either Apple unit on the Lightning adapter/this support dock template, and particularly so with the iPod 7th generation, given the model's offset for the Lightening connector. Apple appear to be expecting Bluetooth connections for future speaker use. If you want to get value out of your existing dock, and avoid the compression associated with Bluetooth, this support dock template, along with the Apple eight-to-30-pin adapter. is a viable way forward.

Smart, neat, effective
Does exactly what you want [and expect] even if the price a bit salty. The metal mount/support looks entirely appropriate and the adapter pushes very neatly into it. Only slight reservation is on account of the small dimensions of the male adapter as it pushes into the phone: you'd not want to brush against it as the phone would likely fall off.

Works well
Needed a slight bit of filing down on the base but fits nicely into a Yamaha minisystem 30 pin dock to allow an adapter to be used
