Great Spirit Wares Colorful Utensil Set (20 Piece Set, Service For 4) Iridescent Stainless Steel Colored Knife, Spoon and Fork Flatware Set - Multicolor Rainbow Silverware For Dinner or the Kitchen

somewhen in late 2016, i stumbled across a photo of a flatware set sold at Urban Outfitters in this iridescent, oil-slick rainbow finish. that set was pretty pricey and other than the fab color i really hated the shape & design, but the absolute no-go was that it was hand-wash only. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT.thus began the quest to find awesome rainbow flatware. my partner and i bought single tester sets from 3 different online sellers and put them through the toughest abuse we could come up with - since the first set i'd seen was indicated to be delicate, we wanted to make super sure that the pretty colors wouldn't flake off with normal use. we cooked with these on high heat (stirring and scraping pots), ran them through the dishwasher on the heavy duty cycle, boiled them in water for a while (seriously), and tried to scrape off the finish using other steel utensils (to simulate years of these clanking together in a dishwasher). this set was the hands-down winner.the shape and design of this set is lovely - nice and weighty, fits nicely in the hand, the larger fork and spoon feel generously oversized without being too much, with rounded and slightly flared edges that absolutely distinguish them from some stamped out cheapie set from a cafeteria. the colors on this set are also far more attractive than the rather garish product pic would lead you to believe - this is a gorgeous metallic oil spill, not the plasticky looking neons shown here - but each piece does show several different colors at once, so that part of the pic is accurate. i've attached a shot of my silverware drawer now full of them so you can get an idea of the color range.

I'm very pleased with the quality and I'm buying another 4 place setting set!!

Requirements for flatware in our house: Must have a substantial weight, feel good in the hand, and not bend easily. This set met that criteria easily. It must look good. Check. The set must also include a large and small fork. It met the requirement but the smaller fork is not a salad fork at all. It is more of seafood or toddler sized fork. An adult would look quite silly trying to eat from a fork this tiny. If the small forks weren't so tiny this set would have met all of our requirements and wouldve gotten a 5 star review. We would keep if we could order matching true salad sized forks separately but that's not an option....our search for the perfect set of rainbow iridescent flatware continues. This set also has 18/8 clearly stamped on each piece for those who need to know chromium & nickel ratios.

OMG!!!!!! I loves these so much! The pictures make them seem like they are more pink but they are a nice variety of colors. Very unique and all our guest love them. I'm going to get a second set for sure!

I held off on writing a review so i could use them and run them through the diswasher a few times. First off, they look awesome!! Just as vibrant as the pic. They have a decent weight to them and fit in my hand nicely. I would have liked a tad more weight though. In the 2-3 weeks that ive had them, i have run them through diswasher maybe 4 times and have not had any issues with rust or peeling. Quality set. Would definitely buy this brand again.

It's now November 2019 and I've had this set since January. I do not iron my clothes. I rarely pay attention to labels on how to care for things. I'm and barely adulting. But this set looks so polished and brand new! I toss them in the dishwasher and that's it. They really brighten up any occasion. Very worth the money!

O.M.G. These silverware are the nicest I've EVER come in contact with - there is a perfect weight to the big and little forks + spoons, and their iridescent quality is magnificent. I admire this ware on a pretty continual basis lol - they also have long handled spoons (cocktail stirrers) and coffee cup/yogurt spoons you can find on Amazon which match them as well! (Which of course I bought lol). I am in LOVE with this set!! A wonderful purchase that I would DEFINITELY recommend. They are perfectly fine to go in the dishwasher ^_- .

Love the fact that this is scratch resistant, but the coloring is not true to what’s advertised. Too much off yellow for me to appreciate 100 percent. Salad forks are a bit small indeed! Soup spoons are large enough to use as serving spoons which is fine with me. Just wish the coloring was as beautiful with blues and purples as the website.
