This company goes above and beyond. I wanted the ring to be tight to the nose and took a risk ordering their smallest size. Unfortunately, it was a little too small so inserting the ring was tricky. I contacted the seller for tips of how to put in and explained my situation and they sent out the next size up free of charge. I've seen a few reviews on here saying this is for non pierced noses, to pretend you have a nose ring.It is for piercings. The end with the bulb stays inside the nostril. To insert, place the thin non bulb end through the inside of your piercing then feed through til the large end is against the piercing inside the nostril.The ring itself is great. I've been using it since 2019 with no problems at all. It's comfortable, easy to remove to clean and easy to put back in.

Regardless of what some reviews say, these are absolutely for pierced noses. You put it in from the inside of the nostril. It can be a bit fiddly to put in but once in it stays in place well. I bought the silver in 10mm as my piercing hole is quite high but probably should have gone for 8mm as this one feels a little large. Not quite as thin as I thought but as it is slightly thicker it may be longer lasting. NOT too thick for quite a small hole, just my personal preference would be a little thinner. Very quick delivery.

Bought for a friend as a fake nose ring and it was good! She wore it for a while but then lost it in a feild. It fit okay though
