Great Travel Steamer
For what this is intended to be, it's fantastic. It is a compact, lightweight, easy to use travel steamer. I steamed a pair of slacks yesterday - water reservoir is small, so did refill 3-4 times. Then steamed a lightweight blouse with no refilling. Kicking myself for not unboxing this earlier. Will start bringing it when I travel.

Convenient for a 2 uses…then all out of Steam 😥
I bought this in July for a trip in August. I was really excited with the dual voltage switch option. I even told my dog walker about it but changed my tune later. I used it once before my trip to try out in the US and again on my Italy trip and it worked well. You do have to refill the little water tank for a dress each time but worth it for the size inconvenience. I went to use it again at home in October & it didn’t work. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to investigate, but I tried it again a few week later in November. I put new water in, insured the voltage switch was correct & even switched to different outlets but still no steam came out. I was bummed. The power seemed to be working and it turned from red to green and I could feel the heat. Something inside must have malfunctioned. I did look at it closely & Nothing seems to be disconnected or I would’ve tried to troubleshoot more. It’s quite disappointing that I am passed the return window and only got a couple uses as its intended for travel and most of us only travel every so often so it doesn’t get continual use in that short window. I would say the price was decent except for the two uses definitely to $$$, almost $20 per for my 2 wrinkle free dresses 😳😭😅.* I will say I did not reach out to the company separately to see if they would make an exception and if they do and they replace it, I would definitely change my review rating and give it another try. The size & convenience was great but having it work is of paramount importance.

I hate ironing, don’t you?
These days, I try never to buy clothes that require an iron. But…I have a pair of linen pants which I love, plus a couple of Western button-down shirts with pocket corners that like to flip up when the come out of the dryer. For these clothes, or the occasional de-wrinkling some collar or cuff might require, this steamer is perfect. It’s cute! It isn’t too bulky, heats up quickly, and does an admirable job of removing wrinkles. It won’t give you a crisp starch finish, but again I’m not buying any clothes that require such ridiculousness. It does require (or highly recommend at least) distilled water, so I have to keep a jug of that around. But that’s my only complaint. Love my steamer!

Nice Steamer
I bought this hoping I could use it when traveling. It is way to heavy for travel. It is a nice steamer with the exception of how small the water tank is. I probably would have purchased one that was bigger, but thought I could use it traveling. Oh, well!! I have used it on curtains and bedding and it works great. You do have to refill often, but I don't find that a terrible inconvenience. I took off one star because it says you can travel with it. Trust me, it's too heavy especially for international travel.

Great if you hate ironing and for travels. No need to constantly hold down the button.
I hate ironing and since I am using a dryer, my clothes are usually not wrinkly enough to be worth ironing. But I like to freshen up my shirts or skirts or get the folding lines out of my garments, especially when travelling. That's when a steamer comes handy. It gets rid of the wrinkles and makes the clothes presentable. Steamer does not give you that perfectly crisp ironed effect, especially on shirts. So bear that in mind, if that's your desired outcome, this might not be the right thing for you. But if you hate ironing and all that hassle with ironing board just for a one damn shirt, this might be the right thing for you. You can get a more pressed effect by using a steamer over an ironing board or bed, but since I am mainly using it in a rush to quickly get clothes I am planning to wear that day steamed, this tool is irreplaceable in my kit.I've got this steamer as a replacement for my Philips steamer (not compatible with US voltage), so haven't used this steamer for too long, but I've tried to get wrinkles off from my heavy duty curtains and it worked! I really like that there is no need to hold down the button for the steam to come off. It steams at a constant rate, has no sudden steam outbursts which I like. I haven't tried to use this overseas just yet, but I am happy to have a steamer back in my life again!TLDR: perfect if you hate ironing, to quickly get rid of wrinkles out of a piece of garment or two. Great for travels. Don't get this If you need a steamer to replace an iron for a huge pile of clothes. In that case: iron + ironing board = more efficient.

Loved it, but it stopped working after a few months
I loved this steamer. Perfect color, was easy to use, worked great, and was compact/great for travel, but only worked for 4 months. It just completely stopped producing steam. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another one, but it stopped working after a month (stopped producing steam in the middle of steaming a dress). I plan on requesting the manufacturer replace it again and again until the 1 year warranty is up based on principle. I would not recommend this product.

Don’t buy it!
This product should be removed from Amazon. I know there are some reviews that are positive. I have not experienced a positive result from this product. Frankly , it doesn’t work. Or rather as some reviews have noted ,only works once or twice. This is unacceptable- but because it is used mostly for travel the return window is too short. When I called customer support they told me (after 2 uses) that I would have to use 1/3 vinegar in the water then hold the button for several minutes until the steam came out. This is not in the details on the website. I did use distilled water as recommended. CS said I would have to do this after a few uses. If I’m in another ountry I would have to shop for vinegar!! I would like my money back but because return window is closed and I no longer have the packaging I can’t return-as others have mentioned.
